I tried the TradeMe piece of sh*t ones as well. They either fall apart or the "white" carbon goes yellow in the sun. I ended up taking them to an automotive sign writer (Prime Signs in Auckland) and asked them to just cut quarter circles from carbon fibre vinyl and put them over the blue on all my OEM badges. Barely noticeable and much better

Well cheap, easy DIY is black kidney grilles which I think makes it look better. Then bigger wheels and a tune from Gavin @ HiVelocity among other things
