  1. I was hoping this guy had some dirt on him. Seems not http://www.reaa.govt.nz/Pages/PublicRegisterSearchDetails.aspx?IndLicenceId=1573196d-7f97-e411-9acf-005056b8574c&EmploymentId=f9796115-7740-e211-bc9b-005056ae3d46&singleMatch=true&licenceNo=&orgName=&name=Chris%2bNielsen&location=
  2. What the heck?? Do explain
  3. Nice to see your hobbies are expanding Richie
  4. Decent? Hah cheap to buy but you'd easily be able to spend 5k + to tidy an example like this up, more too the further you go.
  5. I wouldn't bother with those units, cheap unit for cheap results. ECUs are expensive for a reason.
  6. I read things around the wrong way Its prob got a stuffed HG though!

  8. V8 engines make everything better.
  9. What kinda damage did this crazy TT driver cause you?!
  10. So mum needed a new car and dad was aware of a friend selling his 2002 E46 Sedan, 330i Motorsport. Checked out perfectly so bought it last night. 188kms, one NZ owner since the guy bought it brand new for $109k from Team McMillian BMW in 2002. It's got FULL service history with all work done via Team McMillian Just a great example of a well looked after BMW E46 for a bargain price. I guess I'll have to be nice to mum so I can drive it from time to time, might even be able to bring it to meets instead of my Soarers! Ha ha.
  11. Attention to detail with such things is key. Nice work Tom
  12. ^ Such people annoy the sheet out of me to be frank. An individual such as yourself driving a V12 car or not makes literally no difference in the grand scheme of things. While China, Russia, India, particularly and America etc are massive producers of various forms of poorly regulated emissions every day on an idustrial scale, this kind of attack on a relatively clean burning modern car is just absurd. More than anything it's an attack on driving a BMW car because of such imagery associated to that brand.
  13. I think ultimately people just don't take Trade Me that seriously. If it was a live auction house with goods sold under the hammer that would be another story!
  14. Michael.

    BMW E34

Very nice! Clean and original. That's a lovely cat too.
  15. Oh good it seems I have a newer Panasonic "NTSC playback on PAL TV" VCR under the couch. I must test it and see if it works. Ewww no, not a SC430 / UZZ30 those are a crashed Audi TT. I loath them! This VHS would be a Japanese piece on the 1991 2.5 Twin Turbo and 4.0L V8 Limited coupe. No idea if I've seen it or not with some short internet uploads alreay out there, but I suspect its something I've never come across. Have to see when it arrives.
  16. Yeah that crossed my mind about the NTSC and PAL issue. Might need to buy an NTSC unit! I've got an old Panasonic NV-G45 that has been inside the tv cabinet for years, still works well just hasn't been plugged in during that "storage" Beautifu piece of gear made in Japan in the early 90s. It's a shame how budget VCRs became. This one appears to be a Aussie / NZ model with PAL.
  17. Interesting one. Got a picture of the original filter?
  18. Only a handful in NZ, most of the interest is in Australia, eg 2000+ members https://www.facebook.com/groups/412287448810494/
  19. Heh love those motorweek reviews. The were always done in such a clean informative manner. Quite a nice showcase for the original LS400. I did forget how soft the suspension on those was having watched the track testing bit! Rolls and pitches like a ship!
  20. Oh my. Please tell more?
  21. I was just thinking I'll have to get it out of storage...
