    Cool idea, but If you don't know what parts to use, I do suspect it might be in the little hard basket Theres always engine conversions going on but many seem to get abandoned half way through. That said, put aside at least 10k if you do embark on something like this.

    Such discussion really underlines the serious lack of attention applied to real issues like this. If all cars in NZ had to met a standard of tyre quality & spec required for WOFs road incidents would be dramatically improved.

    Wow, that is unbelievable. I've often though about shoddy work being done on cars in such ways. Scary prospect.

    I'll draw something up tomorrow I have an E46 one as a sample - are they the same as the other models? Only costly part will be having the shaft machined with those indentations.

    Word. I had to weld extensions to my car ramp things to get a smoother angle of incline when I had the E36 otherwise it scraped the pretty M3 front bumper, and that was without the lower lip piece!
