Tiny update, nothing major. Got a set of flat centre caps machined by a family friend. Just needs to be colour matched now. Not sure if its gonna work well but could always swap back. Anyone able to recommend a good place to get the paint done?
  3. Added to bucket list.
  4. Finally decided to reveal it haha! Looks tits. The wheels, the kit, the colour and of course the engine! The plate too lol.

Good luck with selling it bro, the couple of times I saw it at Lukes it looked minty clean inside and out.
  6. What I found online:"If a passenger car (class MA) was first registered in NZ after 1/1/1990 it has to have one fitted." So technically the WOF man is right. But does seem a bit tough haha. Also found this, look at section 4.3 I couldn't be arsed reading it this early in the morn haha. http://www.nzta.govt.nz/resources/rules/ve...ing-2004.html#4

Hahahaha! I swear those wheels are the exact colour as mine. And I thought I was being different! Although mine are 17s.
  8. PM user Mash on here. He has a set that he wanted to sell. But I saw his e36 rolling with it at Precision Wheels. So just ask him, might get lucky!

  14. Haven't tried it myself but heard the rug doctor works? Not sure if it comes with attachments so you could do it in car however.
  15. Haha on the hunt for SE sideskirts. Decided not to go down the mtech route. #5 is my favourite! And thanks again Marty, all the shots turned out great! Keen to see the other ten pics? And rolling shots next time haha!
  16. Mad respect that you can do a door in fifteen mins. I think you would make a killing helping forum members haha.
  17. Facelift. I believe they are the same for a coupe and sedan. Let a mate grab Ray's last one haha. Regret setting in.

    Opinions please

Happened to a mate a last year. Not really a big issue, if you give NZTA a call and let them know what happened, as long as they received your part they will transfer the ownership of the car to "unkown". They will also send you out a letter so that you are sorted for future reference. That is if they haven't changed their process...
  19. Give these guys a ring if you want to know anything. They will tell you all you need to know and might even have one to suit. http://www.mgroverparts.co.nz/
  20. Haha same risk as running the europlates then! But the sticker plate will blend in a lot better seeing as the bumper doesn't have the black strips like most do. Can't wait to see this hanging outside Owen Glenn Building lol
  21. Looking good! Except maybe the lip would look better black (personal preference). Impressed with how it turned out. Are the sticker plates legal? Would like a set but not the fine it comes with lol
