  1. Daniel,Remember I have everything you need from the pedal box to the flywheel and the drive shaft , and everything inbetween!! ~150km on it all. $500 and it's all yours.
  2. Brent, LSD in either?? I'm keen!!! You'll be needing a bigger backyard!!! Glenn
  3. spring pads? is this a bmw thing? yip, they have rubber pads at the top & bottom of the spring, they come in a variety of different thicknesses. (5 to 15mm)
  4. ok sweet.. how low will this take me? i would like the rims [18's] to be under the gards at the back ???Measure from you wheel center up to the arch, then take ~50mm off that and that's where it will sit, roughly, usually takes a bit of time for the springs to settle into the pads etc... Bearing that in mind if it is too low or too high you can add/remove the spring pads to suit.
  5. I've got a pair of rear springs forsale. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index.php?showtopic=2868 I imagine they are pretty low as they came with my coilover kit, but I didn't use them as I have a E30. The box said 50mm lowering.
  6. I wouldn't bother with a TD04 on a 2.5, way too small!! I posted a link a while back with a 323i with a WRX TD04, and it was stated as being too small, nice & responsive but no topend!! Hell, they come on GSR's & base WRX's!! Even a Nissan T3 off a Rb20det would be getting small on a 2.5!!

    my 318 e30

Running the kings super lows (for sale) I was higher than with the Jamex's I had (now on ///Carls' car) and they had the legal 100mm. My clearance problem was dam 3" zorst!! I presume most of the ground scraping e30's I see around are riding on the bumpstops given the Jamex's & kings are prolly the 2 lowest easily available springs.

BLING, aaaarrrrggghhhh my eyes, I can't see!! Anyway. I have rear shocks & springs for sale if you want to lower the rear, could prolly hook you up with some fronts to match!?!?! And an interior you may be interested in, if you're wanting something a little different!!
  9. I've got a pair of complete trailing arms.bolt them in and away you go. PM me.
  10. Cam, you wouldn't want to swap to any E30 bits.E21's are a much better base for brake & driveline mods & 5 lug conv's (if you intend to do them) than a E30.
  11. 245's................... :gay: 275's................... :pimp: Sorry mate I couldnt resist ! Don't get me started, Posts like that bring out the barge/boat remarks Martyyn Isn't a 275 some kinda of truck tyre anyway??
  12. Very tidy. Nice wheels BTW, don't seem to fill the arches out the same as mine 245's will do that though.
  13. updated with more pics

    Bend...

Dare I ask why you need a wheel straightened!?!?! Not playing with kerbs again I hope!!!
  15. B@STARD, I was searching on trademe the other day but I didn't see that, gggrrrrrrrr.$400 like sam said would be a good price for a LSD, unless you can verify KM's or breakaway torque (within factory specs), it may be worth more depending on those, otherwise it prolly needs a $6-700 rebuild anyway.
  16. all E30 stuff is the same!!with the exception of rear drums or solid front rotors.
  17. For someone that owns a euro and seems to know what looks good on a euro, I'm shocked that you think a DTM styled muffler is "JDM Inspired", now that is rice!!Go and check out some euro forums to find out what euro styling really looks like, it for sure ain't JDM inspired, in fact the opposite seems to be happening, JDM stylz seem to be taking on the Euro strectched tyre look, esp. in the drift scene!!

    all mighty touring

Pics and a Price!! (offers are for greddy pricks selling houses!!)
  20. The rally one is easy, it is an open book test, it is as good as impossible to fail.Cheers I know someone who failed the rally license, passed the written test for the motorsport one though, so I don't think it's that easy. [OT]As Sam said, I did the National Rally & National Race licenses last night. Both tests have the same No. of questions on there relevant sections of the Motorsport Manual, both are open book, so, as long as you are familiar with the manual they are a piece of cake!! I'll be Sam's Rally Co-Driving B!tch this season, O'dear!! And I'll try and fit in a few Intermarque rounds with the E30 (provided I get it back together). [/OT] F1 is boring to watch (racing wise), but the technology/engineering that goes into them is pheominal, they are definitely amazing though!!
  21. BOAT !Thats harsh ....snip.... Its quite amazing the difference a decent amount of weight makes. How much do you boys come in at anyway ? I may have 289bhp but with almost 2 tonne to pull around Im not going to be winning any 0-60 times ! I though "Boat" was being polite as they are normally known as "Barges", much more derogatory I'd say. I'd say the E30 would be ~1250kg, Andrew's is sub 1100kg I think?? What does a 750iL weigh? 2200kg?
  22. :finger: Everything "Needs" an upgrade!! I'm still waiting for my "Gran Turismo " garage, then it can be done with a click of a button, ahhh dreams are free.
  23. 200 was/is fine, it's when you still pulling past 240 to 250 that is gets a bit sketchy. That was with the shocks etc... you have now carl, which are alot better than a stock Mspec'd 325 or M3 for that matter!!
  24. Look HERE The compact stuff is the same, but I have a medium case diff in the subframe I have for sale (all compacts & >2.0l Roady have small case diffs). Is it for your E30!?!?! If so you need the compact parts not the roady parts (brakelines are different!!). Give me a call, I'm open to offers!!
