I was looking at buying one instead of an E30 but knew the E30 would be cheaper to run and modify. Still love them, a lot of car for the money and drive superb.

Once you own one they grow on you. I started to prefer the E32 rear over the E34 My old 730i

Got a Kawasaki 1100 STX which had for about 9 yrs, not much by today standards but one of quickest when was brought. Pretty insane how fast some of them are these days

Hard to pick a No1 really

I was going to fit a SA sump guard but found no mounting holes for it, guessing not hard to retro fit them but didn't bother.

^^^ Depends on doing the alignment. The young dude used std E30 specs & put too much toe in on my E30 & seems to take longer than usual when doing post alignment road test. They are pretty decent otherwise

Know the guy who owns that 2002, pretty nice car.E24 was pretty mint too. I see you got took a picture of my boss and his hotdog stand .

Like others have said id just go for a good shock\spring combo & maybe some toe\camber adjusters.

Mines just hit 280,000 and smoking hard which is a bit embarrassing but bottom end rebuild soon will fix that. E30 is the only BMW ive kept for more than a year, couldn't imagine selling it.
-
Ive never heard or had any customs and clearance charges. Ive had to pay a bit of GST on stuff over about $500 but still save heaps on most bits even with all the shipping and tax charges.
-
I thought they were the same thing
-
Yeah. Id imagine something like an oil cooler they would have to order it from BMW
-
Ive spend a few grand thru Pelican Parts when the dollar was good, very fast service and good prices. If you use RealOEM for the part number of what you're after you can't go wrong.

Nice, you doing all the bushes?
