zero 1162 Report post Posted March 7, 2021 Looks like one design team designed the front, one designed the back, and one designed the middle, all separately from each other.

M3AN 4020 Report post Posted March 7, 2021 BMW almost certainly produce the ugliest cars in the modern era, regardless of how much it pains me to say that. Pandering, by their own admission, to the Chinese market has done them a great disservice.
Eagle 1735 Report post Posted March 7, 2021 Yeah im not a fan of modern car design in general but BMW just keep going down hill. 2 series active tourer and 5\6 series GT are couple of the worse BMW's to me. Good examples of BMW trying way too hard to fill every market segment and coming up with abominations.

jon dee 500 Report post Posted March 7, 2021 That Studebaker is all kinds of AWESOME !!! Turns out that Mitsuoka makes all kinds of cars themed off European and American classics. Safe to say that none of them are particularly appealing to my eye but sure gives the lie to saying all Japanese cars look the same Cheers... https://www.mitsuoka-motor.com/global/lineup/

I think to be fair you need to group concept cars separately from cars that actually made it into production. Back in the 50's and 60's there were a lot of space/rocket/plane themed concept cars that never made it to production like this Lincoln Futura. Legendary custom car builder George Barris tidied it up Cheers...
