2 pointsHey Guys I recently(mid January) brought myself a 1991 320i E30 I guess it all started December last year, I was on the unforgotten cruise round Canterbury and this one red e30 really took my fancy, I couldn't stop admiring this thing of beauty. at the next stop I went over and introduced myself to this guy named Billy good fella talked smack for a bit and left it at that. by this stage I was getting well and truly over my legacy b4, so Ione night I thought f it and decided to sell it. boom that sold in two weeks, after selling the car the missus told me I wasn't allowed a second car anymore but I was left with a wad of cash so what did I do? went over to my mates house and waved this wad of cash in his face and told him he had to sell me his e30. it was enough for him so that was me sorted, drove home I was the happiest man alive. pulled up the driveway and the missus was like WTF!!! so end of story I didn't get laid for a month afterwards but I didn't care, as my new whip was worth the dry spell haha

2 pointsGet the done professionally, before they get too bad. Sanding it back removes all the protective coating. It's about $180 a pair at clearlights in auckland.

1 pointThis is a good way to get a cheap Euro plate, which in my opinion looks a lot nicer that standard government plates on our cars. $300, free shipping. -- Plate is the German word for 'Scream / yell', so it's at least somewhat fitting for a German car!

1 pointI have both racks sitting in my shed but cannot make my mind up as to which one I should install. I am frustrated by the lack of feedback with my current rack and want a lore linear feel. I am not driving fast but absolutely love going sideways and the really twisty stuff. From your experience or general knowledge which one has the better feel. Fyi - not a daily driver. 1 pointgreat candidate to become a 325Ti, though. If it weren't so pricey. So hey, it's a 318Ti Msport. And it only gets short running. Hey ho. Shouldn't this thread be in 'TradeMe Discussions"?

1 pointBeen out cruising for a couple of days. Car got dirty and driven hard coming over Fields track. What an awesome piece of road. How to park your BMW. Please note, it takes real skill to take up 3 car parks..lol

1 pointFound an E36 radiator that fits perfectly between the chassis rails so made some mounts and now it's in. Also fitted my engine mounts and adapters. The adapters needed a couple of small alterations before everything lined up 100%, somewhat like a custom-made suit, if you will. Also sideways mode has been activated with the installation of the LSD: I also replaced the center bearing in the driveshaft but the front needs to be modified as it's not the same as the e34 one, meaning it doesn't like up with the guibo. And this one's entitled "A new perspective":

1 pointThe CLS is a polarizer, a love or hate deal. When it come out it was revolutionary and now Audi & BMW have their own versions of the 4-door Coupe, the A7 is a sexy car, not sure about the BMW though. Those pictures have double fisted my chrome browser and it is about to make a formal complaint to the special victims unit, no one needs to see a Mazda that big, its like my desktop has become a window and there is some horrible Japanese car parked behind my desk.

1 pointHere are couple that are just plain sh*t, not adventurous, quirky or clever, just sh*t. Can think of a sh*t tone of JDM cars I see on the road too that make me laugh because they are just so lazy and lack any character at all, most of Toyota's range for example, Mitsubishi not far off, Nissan... Honda have had a few jems. Oh, basically any ford from the 90's can f**k off. Especially this one .

1 pointRenault Megane II I know its ugly because I own one and get told how ugly it is all the time.. To me its its like owning a weird dog (I own a weird dog too so I know), the people have no problem telling you how ugly it is own labradors and drive the car equivalents, everyone has a f**king labrador. For the record I love the Fiat Multipla.
