115,800km Tracked down some style 68's from Weitz. The front left could do with a refurb but it's the daily so not too concerned for now. Front tyres are nothing special but pretty new. Rears might scrape through the next WOF so looking to replace these soon.

Yep, an E60 M5 in malachite green dark with climate seats and having had the bearings and vanos done is now sitting on my driveway.

I'm trying to figure out what caused Wolverine to have an epileptic fit on the drivers seat

I actually have a spare set of calipers from @Jacko I'd forgotten about, which is why I'm now going to do the stock brakes. I've ordered discs now so it's happening 😅

Had a replacement trunk panel show up from Denmark, it will be nice to get rid of the Jap spec panel.

Got enough bend blocks printed out now to start being useful ... pretty tricky to get everything to play nice !! Had to revise the design a little more also to prevent some breakages. All in all happy with how its looking but need to print some more specific parts to tweak the design a little then can start to add up the lengths and see if we are on track for equal lengths without having to do anything too freaky to correct the design lower down. The other side will be more difficult with the ABS steel guard (body work) and dry sump pump / starter motor / brake and fuel lines in the mix also.

Yes, they were for an m20b27, so will work just fine for a b25.

E70/f15 are heavy on the front lower control arms so agree to check them out

Control arms is a good punt at that mileage. To check at least.

Vague could also be, perhaps even more likely, control arms. Forgive my ignorance but does it have electric or hydraulic power steering? With the engine on and wheels pointing straight how much/far can you move the steering wheel before the wheels move? If it's much more than the typical steering slack (let's say 5 degrees??? total) then the tierods could be the culprit. If you have two people then repeat the test with somebody eyeballing the tierods, do they move obviously before the wheel(s) move? If so, replace. edit: You need to look at both the push and the pull motions on each side. Wheels must be on the ground and suspension loaded for those basic tests to tell you anything.

Sold my 130! Loved that car, but had 4 cars plus my wifes, so felt it best to move it on to free up space.
