True.. at least it's not a french thing.... and a Ford Mondeo or Passat is not in the same league as a BMW

Most euro cars only have one rear fog light. However... you are allowed two. The AVI's at the testing stations should know this. On a R/H drive vehicle it is the R/H one that should work and on a L/H drive it is the L/H side . This is to prevent people thinking that they are driving with there brake lights on, they are braking etc. It also shows up better in the fog when the vehicle is approached from the rear, you can determine the vehicle's position a little easier. BTW: I hate rear fog lights. I turned mine into extra brake lights in the rear of the Ti. I would rather be seen braking with the extra lights

You would need to get it scanned first. We could do that today if you like... just give us a call

Hardly a huge amount of money to familiarize yourself with your car. The correct owners manual could save you thousands of $$$$$ if you knew what the different warnings or signals meant on the cluster

Why cant they sort it out. If they put the pedal box in, it should be quite simple to sort out. It just screws into the bracket and you can adjust its position and lock it with the lock nut.

Nick... you will need to know if its small or medium case and the ratio. To get the right price. The 4.10's are a premium with the series cars.

Possibly the control unit... a scan should give you the info needed

If the barrel can be removed, I can get it repaired... will need barrel & key. You will also need to check that the shaft in the lock housing is not broken. Most times the fault is only the spinning barrel, but sometimes it's a broken shaft that locks the steering and connects with the electical switch on the L/H side of the column. Also make sure this switch is secure and has not come out in the running position.

Not sure what you are talking about. The cam cover is held down with 15 bolts and 15 bolt seals. Can you describe it better or post up a picture

Clear adaptions in DME as well

I wouldn't rely on any of those to be correct. Clear the codes, road test and recheck. These tyes of scanners are not reliable for correct information. Real term scanners giving actual faults in language rather than number type or "P" codes are more reliable.

It appears that the closest your going to get is a (t) it appears BMW didn't make a (T) because the average knuckle head could tell the difference between a sedan and a touring
