If you got a front cut, they just meant at least you'd get all the parts in one go inc. suspension, engine, everything. Then you have to bolt it all in. Sounds like you would have a busy weekend ahead if ya did that!

you literally just pull your old little black front lip off and push the iS lip onto the clips which held the black old one on. It would take 3 seconds.

These came on the E30 I bought and I want to sell them to fund a new set of wheels. They rubbed on the guards, but rolling the guards would of solved this. The make is "Mak." I'm wanting $300 for them at the moment but open to all reasonable offers. 3 of the tyres are kingston and one is a direzza. They all have treat left. The wheels have signs of curbing. I'll let the photos do the talking. Pick up in Hamilton, I could drop off in Tauranga. I could possibly even drop off in Auckland if you wait long enough. Two of the tyres have tears on the side wall, I'm not sure if they are fixable or not. Valcanised repairs might do, they cost about $45.

Car went into the paint shop today and should be back wednesday. Also I sent the flywheel in to get lightened, and managed to get a Recaro seat out of an EVO ( but already modded to fit an e30 ) for $50. This has to be one of the cheapests projects ever. $200 manual conversion, $50 seat, $200 suspension, I aint complaining!

Just do a upsidedown engine conversion so you can still check your oil, it's all over e30tech.

I'll bring the soldering iron and some lead around and help, but only if you help me with my rx8 suicide door conversion k. I needa borrow ya grinder, and I'll need a ride to Bunnings to get some hinges.

Im thinking I might do simular, and turn my two door into a four door by getting the suicide doors off a RX8 and hooking them up.

Good point. Perhaps he can cut the back wall of the boot out while he is at it and have steps going into the boot?

Here are some pics of the shortened munroe shocks and springs I got. Nearly finished installing them, one more front to go. Previous owner only did 10,000km. As you can see the springs are a fair bit shorter than the yellow ones I had in them, I think the old ones are apex springs. Hopefully I should be getting some sump scraping action! ( heh hope not ) NOTE: Yes they are captive, in the photo the shock was not bolted up.

Going to install them this evening so I'll post some pics up them. I also just got a Manual conversion kit from pick-a-part. Has a near new master and slave cylinder. All it needs is a clutch kit. And guess how much i paid... $200!!!!!! ( including a front lip as well =D )

Picked up some Shortened munroe shocks and lowering springs today for $200. Got some bottle caps to put on it. And tomorrow im picking up a manual conversion kit... found one for very cheap..... this is all going well =D
