Tauranga is full of retards. At the start of the year I was walking down the Mount in the evening with my arm in a sling, I had a broken colar bone, and out of no where this dark fella comes out and stands in front of me waving his fists wanting to have a fight. I said "Are you joking? I have a broken colar bone for Christs sake" or something a long those lines, luckly his mates, who actually looked just as thick as he did, had a little sense and pulled him away. MORONS.

Bullshit like this is just not needed. The other night in the middle of no where i was driving home and came to a give way sign, there was a van there parked with the door open, so my mate puts the window down to see if they are ok, thought it would be the right thing to do seeing they could of been broken down or something, the driver just jumps out of the car and goes "have you got a lighter?" and because neither me or my mate smoked my mate said no, and then the guy just starts running at the car. With a tap of the gas and a dumping of the clutch and left him behind in a ball of smoke. What the f*** are some of these people thinking. My guess is he was a P Fry. His eyes were sticking out of his head.

Mean as. Would of certainly looked into that e30 if I hadn't got the e36 fo so cheap.. But yeah, those light covers look horrid. I had them on my old e30, they were clear but still looked horrid.

save up and turbo it. a guy i know has an m42 in his e30 and he is making 300whp with stock internals, except for a different head gasket.

I just used the tube that came on the end of the ATF bottle and squeezed it in no probs

I found that out the hard way as well. If you loosen the gearbox mounts and drop the gearbox a bit I think you can get it in there.

I have been told by someone that you can get the loom from an M50 and use it on an M20 with a bit of modification, which means you can use the M50s MAP sensor... ECU I guess as well.

Yea but if you had a chance to get let off a $120 ticket would you? I dont think I'd ever pay a ticket if I had a chance of getting off it, even if i knew i deserved it. If he spent an hour writing that letter, thats still good money saved.

From what i understand the vanos m50's have an alloy block. Also the non-vanos have double valve springs, which the vanos dont have, so if you wanna rev the nuts off it.. go non-vanos.

I hear to put a m30 in a e30 you gotta smash the firewall in to get it to fit. The weight of a m30 would f**k the handling on a e30 as well. My mate with an m50 in it even says you can notice the difference between it and the old m20 when it comes to handling.

Oh your car doesn't look horrid, looks bloody sweet! The wheels and lights are more than enough to break the black in my opinion.... I was just talking about cars you see which have black EVERYTHING.

Thanks. Will have a look. By the way, it's not actually black, it looks black at night time but during the day it's a really dark bluey purply colour. Not purple enough to stop me buying it though =P Not sure the name of the colour, will look on the strut tower when I next have the hood up.

Yea not too keen on the white indicators and stuff. Tinting the windows would always be cool, and possibly blacking out the indicators or whatever. I want to keep a bit of colour there though because an unbroken black looks horrid imo.

Uploaded some more pics. Fixed the door card today, not perfect but better. Little more work and I'll have it looking chur. Really need to get me another front bumper, every time i look at the prefacelift one I go "arrgh." But for $5k I'm not complaining. The fact its manual and leather is keeping me happy =D
