Yeah jump start drive through is nearly 1 min long plus what ever it did after that lol. Came out about 1 and 3/4's of a lap down. Make sure you have the clutch in when you put it in gear on the start line.

Aj's one just sold for around $13K. Was massive amount of fun. Would have been even better in an BMW vert. Not a fan of Boxters. They look down syndrome.

The Sony head units look good. They are black with red lighting. So match the rest of the car. For the garage door mod are you just going to pull apart a existing door remote or are you going to buy or build a programmable one? I think I have a whole heap of these switches at home. Will have a look tonight. I'm just in Milford these days.

The previous owner didn't build up this car. He was just unlucky enough to buy it thinking it was a real M3. Crash was just good timing for him. Though I bet the insurance company would also be gutted to find out it was not a real M3. Cause I bet that's what was claimed on. Also check in the other thread that the car did have engine issues of some sort.

It is interesting reading about the Mk5 Golf recommendations. What is the servicing costs like? A friend of mine works for Qualitat who are one of the main suppliers for VW and Audi parts. He continuously jokes about the ridiculous service bills for what he calls Europe's Corolla. He has mentioned that they have common problems which are very expensive. I have very little interest in anything VW so don't pay much attention. But this seems to be a common topic when work comes up in convo. Would be something I would research though.

BMW. Almost guaranteed this is what he is doing. antil33t got it. In a petrol you do not legally require an odometer. Though if you are changing the odo then you can get them set by a calibration specialist. Helps when you are trying to sell the car if there are no dips and dives on the odo check from AA or the like.

Could get a real M325 for less than that. 2door>4door

When I was 15 this is how we use to rice up our cars too. But with actual duraseal for books. Police made us rip it off back then too. These days its no doubt a green sticker.

Well they are nearly 5 years old. And the unlucky thing is that it is right on the border of a 2010 update which would have been fine. But instead it looks like this. Nice green patch is the 2010 capture. Rest was done in 2008. I am using a App called Trackmaster. Records my laps and footage from my races. It uses google. So it looks like I am racing on a crusty dirt track. Any other apps similar to this one that work via Ariel Photos?

The insurance company will investigate the case as normal. They still need to find who is at fault.
