Just a question. If a car is destined to come from the UK to our shores, is there a way to change the odometer from MPH to KMH before it has completed many miles? That always used to bug me with my UK E30. Silly, I know
-
Quite like the Panasport C8s (I think), although they need smaller tyres. The gold looks good too! Is it gonna bottom out on the front?
-
You got this car for a steal! Have you had to do much work on it?
-
You can find nearly any car you want in Japan, but there will be a price attached. Oh Rocky Auto, how you tempt me. The day when I can finally afford an S30 is when they'll be above $150,000 for a L-powered one
-
Dig a white tidy E30, prefer it on the basket weaves and standard tails though
-
Good to see some updates on this, I've always had a soft spot for old Pugs. Nice driving also.
-
Can vouch for the Alpine 9887. I'm running one at the moment, and it rocks. It's probably one of the better headunits for browsing an ipod as well
-
Well there goes any idea of me ever owning one
-
Whoah. Not a fan of the sound track, but they are awfully good at making our lives look mundane

Porsche GT2 RS on the way to Tauranga from Hamilton on Saturday. Phoar, they're too cool
-
^^ Haha. In saying that, the pic was 6.2mb. Looks like a nice cruiser
-
How much is a manual conversion from Ray for one of these? Looks good. Is there any rub in the front?
-
Will have to get a current tester if I remember
-
Nice. What are you doing re. cert and minimum tyre widths?
-
At least he didn't do the 'list for $0' and asks for offers or 'deals'. Maybe I'm just looking at the wrong cars, haha. I don't think it looks too bad. As long as he has receipts for all services, isn't it just a matter of getting the check light reset?

The 3 litre turbo diesel in the Hiace/Hilux hauls. They are a bit agricultural, sure, but look at what they're powering. They also seem to do a truckload of km without needing overhauls. And dad's 3 litre Ranger work truck easily keeps up with fast road traffic. It's all down to intended purpose. I do wonder when the Japs will develop diesel technology further. They seem to be focussing more on hybrid technology. Either way, I welcome the diesel performance route. Top Gear link

I guess it was inevitable. ~380bhp is impressive for a diesel I assume the petrol M5 will still remain relevant in the US, but the diesel one will make more sense for Europe. Wonder what it will sound like.

$3500 possibly? It does look quite nice.

I tried to get some, but my little point and shoot camera + zoomed in didn't seem to cope too well with motion . I think I have a couple of videos though. I'll try and get my stuff uploaded later on today as a study procrastination tool. It was such an awesome event. Seeing ex DTM and BTCC cars I've drooled over in videos in person was a dream come true. The next logical step is owning one, obviously

How many km are left in them at that mileage? Regardless of condition, I wouldn't buy that if I ever wanted to shift it on for a reasonable price, unless I replaced everything.
-
Might have more of a chance selling than $250 chrome trim
-
Awesome shots. Makes me keen to get out there and do some exploring
-
Bump, someone must have a spare one! Also need a pair or set of e30 bottlecaps with tyres for cheap. Or basketweaves
-
After giving the carpet a waterblast and a good vacuum, it smells awesome in there. Gotta love that e30 smell. My old E36 smelled of crayons, somehow.

Wow that's tight. You've moved on from your Honda days
