Andrew/Gus's turbo m42 is about 300hp right? Thats running like 2?something pounds of boost. No way could a stock engine safely and consistently run that. How many pounds is the one you know of running? Also pic's of your mates turbo. Love to see another one floating around.

If you can afford it i'd get 272 Shrick cams and valve springs.Also do you have the head rebuild article/write up? Is gavin just tuning the ecu or chipping it?

I took it to a lock smith today who said that i needed a replacement barrel for the drivers lock and to get one second hand. But when i was at eurorec they said i couldn't use a second hand barrel(didn't really understand why) and would need to buy one which would be like $160+keying it to my car + installation. Does anyone know why a second hand one can't be used? Or where else i could try re a barrel? Cheers
