Sorry, hope I didn’t offend, I had the same wheel on a Subaru once. Nice car once again.

Looks like the same Nadi type that’s in Subaru’s. Edit: Sorry, its Nardi, Nadi is in Fiji.. Nardi Wheel

Beautiful car, absolutely stunning.

That’s awesome, had I not just purchased a car for the Missus that would be in my Garage. Why is it that when you buy a new car something you really want pops up a week later!!
-
Seen this a while ago. Stupid nose heavy Audi’s. “Slice car in half and walk awayâ€

Agree 100%.. Sad but True.. Man I wish I was an engineer, id have the coolest garage. An RB-26 E30, a 3SGTE AE82.. A 2JZGTE Altezza.. A B16a Mini the list goes on

Edited Turbo what? V8 What?

Awesome, funny they went for the head

Maybe 18 or19x8. I like the BBS CH in black with a red lip.. It has 17x7 on it now and they look pathetic + the previous owner must have driven it around like a bobsled as the wheels are heavily curbed.

The missus has a Vectra CDXI that runs 5x110 with a 44 offset and im struggling to find a set of wheels that fit it witch I like. There are quite a few options available for VW’s that run a 50 offset but are 5x112, any chance they can be modified slightly to fit?

Those wheels are amazing!! So hot. Bet it pulls the hoes

Yep, my 320 is doing exactly the same as yours, have parked her up in the corner of the garage with a disconnected battery to hibernate while I save up some spare cash to carry out a sinister (or not) conversion, no point poring money into an old horse. The hard part is going to be saving up for parts and being “cool†carless for a while

Because you are running a Pioneer deck im guessing you have blown your Pre-outs on your head deck, most likely because you have plugged and unplugged things with power connected to your amps. I would start there, I have a similar deck to you and mine blew during installation..spent a week trouble shooting before I found it was the deck, if it is take it back to where you got it and plead ignorance, if they ask who installed it say an auto electrician otherwise it won’t be covered by warranty.

I went threw a couple of regulators, left hand rear also. Unfortunately BMW wreckers are well aware of the factory design flaw and charge accordingly due to rarity. From memory the last one was $400 plus a bit of tricky installation. Would get a new one if it is the regulator as a second hand one could fail within a short time.

You should sell me your 2.7 and 3.5 it

Nice. Better than a Porsche for the same coin??

Talk to Tyretech on the shore, you might be surprised at how cheap new tires can be. Not something you would want to cut corners on.

Happy Birthday Brian...I have a beer for ya If the party is going to plan you should read this tomorrow with a hang over.

Have seen good results (for a N/A motor) on a AMG C36, not a massive power gain but improved throttle response. Try Chiptuning.co.nz also, they are a few hundred cheaper.

Thanks, was a bit of a nube question but seeming I have spent nearly a year contemplating I thought id double check Will be a facelift engine onto a facelift box so im guessing my box has the sensors. Was the much of a difference 240 to 260 drive wise, the 240 in mine is nice and smooth and feels strong.

I have a Manual 320i, im aware that the gearbox it runs is different than the fitted to the 325i, I plan on upgrading to the M20B25/7 in the near future and would like to know if my 320i gear box is compatible. If it isn’t It could break the idea of doing it as because you all know a 5-speed gearbox for an E30 is quite expensive. Thanks.

Mate, I didn’t make year nine, hence my spelling and grammar and vague grasp on the economy. Im not arguing, im giving my somewhat bias ignorant opinion on the mater. I understand that there was no point financially producing cars in NZ, I just miss them is all, and Im a big fan of Kiwi made coming from a manufacturing family and still manufacturing up to 20% of what I sell. I don’t like the thought of kiwi’s buying what I see as used consumer goods from other wealthier country’s helping them stay rich for the sake of having a few more bells and whistles in the Skyline. Imagine (if you can) paying 120k for a E46 then being offered 15k for it as a trade in a few years later, where if there were no imports it would still be worth 30k like it would in Australia. Sure imports have brought prices down but at the expense of the people with money, the new car buyers that are putting the most back into the economy.

Welcome to Bimmersport Maybe, 15-20k I would say go NZ new with a service record from very low km’s if not new, these cars had a few recalls and these are easier to track if the car is NZ new, you will have to pay a lot more but its worth it if you want a nice car and want to save money in the long run. I have a E39 phobia so im not the best to ask I had a Japanese 528i that I had to write off it would have cost more to get it up to scratch then what it was worth, everything had failed before 100,000km. Things to look out for on a unmaintained car. This is what happened to mine. All rubber seals corroded leaving the car smelling musky due to water getting in. Car overheated various times due to cooling system eventually wrecking the engine Steering become very lose and sloppy and shocked were gone Boot switch broke twice Widow regulators failed constantly TV and radio both failed and were repaired twice before I gave up Cup holders broke Sunroof broke (wouldn’t close when sliding forwarded) Headlights corroded Fog lights constantly blew Check cat over heat constantly lit up Check air bags constantly lit up There are more so I’ll update hen I remember. Apparently the pixels go on the read out but this never happened to me.
