Tommy, do I really need to tell you who you should ask first???

Anything that is installed onto your phone can't be shared, hence why pc cables can't share games. I've already transfered ringtones and dirty movies onto my phone but the games you can't. Was thinking that you could pay for a game on VL then download it, switch sims and use another phone to download it - just wondering if they're smart enough to detect the phone switch...

The fan and pumps all run off the engine so revving the engine speeds up the fan and pumps. Can work wonders but not if there's a radiator problem. Listen to Andy and Gus, check everything is running right and check their ain't no airlocks, otherwise you could do a Tim and use heat tape and put some rice vents in your bonnet or perhaps even buy those z3 gills off trademe

If it's just your steering wheel out of alignment then take it off and shift it until it's right

129hp is not that high but remember that it's 20 year old technology with euro emission restrictions.

If anyone has a place to stay i'll be keen to take the car accross on the ferry and drive down for the week to booze it up :mosh:

If you're after the little black 1" plastic bit for a facelift valance then there is (was?) one on TradeMe

That makes the select few with them extra special

Was thinking of naffing them up since they're bargain value but have ordered metal kings all round for track use at the princely sum of $190. What's the normal stock pads cost, $80?

Somepeople enjoy the E30's oversteer, I had this problem too, what rubber you got on because my slideways probs were cheap barums

Try a wreckers perhaps, there's bound to be smashed up cars with perfect 02 sensors in them, let your fingers do the walking

Urethane Motor and Transmission Mounts
Carl replied to Gus's topic in Sponsors & Preferential Rates.
Gus, does (did) your g/box have the rectangular mounts or the round ones as in that picture and do the stud diameter sizes match??? -
Wisdom Grant I think if you want a quick check you could get someone with a little more E30 experience to jump in with you and have a listen, they could then distinguish if it's tappets, injectors, or something more sinister.

James you lazy - wash the car yourself Just don't go overboard like Martyn and spend 4 hours with the claybar

Tane and I are ordering a couple of the E30Zone chips from Ant @ E30Zone in the UK If you don't know anything about these look at this bimmersport thread E30Zone chip thread or email [email protected] for an auto reply detailing the chips available. The chips are only for E30 Motronic and what I gather versions 1.2 and 1.3 (88-91) give the best results. He needs your ECU Bosch number and engine size when ordering so that you get the correct chip for your system. He also has chips for the 2.7 engine sizes for those that have done the conversion (not looking at Grant at all). Some additional info in regards to the "Zone 2 mild" chip is that it raises the rev limiter to 6.9k aswell as revising the fuel and ignition maps. From what I also read the "Zone 1 wild" chip sets the limiter to 7 but hits 7.2k... All the chips are priced @ £55 inc delivery but as is standard he will give more discount the more chips we buy. Genuine interest only chaps.

It's a very common thing with E30's to make ticking noises that are especially louder under acceleration - just turn your stereo up
