Captive springs won't get you too low. Don't buy those springs from ebay, my shipping thing popped up saying over $300 just for shipping. You won't be charged by customs though as the actual springs are definately less than the thresehold amount ($500ish...?) Go to Autolign in Mt Wellington, they'll sort you out or point you in the right direction if you want new springs.

What was the method Tristan suggested, when I bought my E39 hot water and Lux soap flakes did an awesome job, afterwards the clean could see that my black leather has blue stitching in places. Since then I've used this Mothers cleaning/moisturising thing that works OK. My seats weren't obviuosly gross in the firts place though

I remember you posting this somewhere else and couldn't find it last time I searched, was looking for a yay/nay on the clearcoat. I've sanded, buffed polished my lens so it looks good for now, but the painting I was unsure of...and as E39 headlights are redic priced I wasn't going to wreck a set...but now I'll give that a shot to make sure they last. Thanks

The tapes held up for a while now but its starting to lift in the corners. Needs a proper paint before nailing it done anyway, only a spray can job atm

I've polished mine a couple times recently and they get all foggy again in a couple weeks, this happening to anyone else? Can you clearcoat them in something to keep them decent?

Well you could argue that "we can do it" exudes some kind of confidence or ability, where-as "we want this" is just desire to do so. Either way they're just words. We'll see in the morning who are the better team, winner takes all. Re: the 50 Million...If we hadn't spent the money on ETNZ, do you think there'd be a dramatic difference in our lives anyway? No. Personally I'd rather see where our money goes rather than have it dissapear into a black hole.
