yup just brought a cheap 97 540i thats had it done with wires to bypass the asc flap control etc , wired up some how need to sort that out maybe from same gang -
thats why you use the bmw parts websites online etc enter vin number etc bmwfan.net realoem etc

yes most newer imports get them , signed by compliance guys ,initials/names etc normally , all major crush points get inspected ends of chassis rails , ends of side sills etc, A B and C pillars etc -
have s54 and 6spd and m50 sump etc
