the style 95's only come as 19x9 and 19x10. why would you put the 10s on the front? also running 245 on 10 is possible but would depend on the brand of the tyres - it would look very "stance" but performance is going to be severly compromised and maybe even dangerous.
-
manual conversion definitely needs a cert
-
duno if its the photo angle but the tyres look like it has a lot of positive camber. (aka. needs moar stance )
-
for 7.7k or close to it, i would at the very least expect a cert and all things done proper. I still think its a nice car but wouldnt buy it given the current status/price.
-
i know, thats why i put it in pro, and in con because they like to fade and peel. lol
-
has a lot of pros but also a lot of cons. pros: coupe, msport, 2.8L, manual, hellrot, m3 seats, supersprint exhaust, lowish ks. cons: originally a 325 auto, no cert, hellrot, unknown history/engine condition.

im considering replacing the whole front upper and lower arms with bushings with lemforder ones.. or is that not necessary?
-
Any recommendations on who has a hydraulic press to remove and fit new bushings for the control arms in my e39? About to order a pair of bushings for now, but thinking whether I should go all out and replace all/most of the suspension components at the same time.. What are the main ones to replace if not all of them?

What year is it? I love the supercharged (early) ones. Friend had a manual one with coilovers. The later turbo is brutally though.

and now, since hes no virgin no more, he has slim chance to find an authentic virgin. sad life.

I reckon the colour looks great. But would have to see it in the flesh to be sure haha. The 728i is fine for city driving but probably a bit sluggish for hills or roadtrips. I wouldnt pass up a nice example because of the engine though. The 2.8L is a good engine in itself.

^ What?? I mean if it was genuinely missing then not much you could do but if the seller was pulling a sneaky one and selling it off later for extra money thats not cool..

'rusted' pallet to go on top of the roof racks? nice!
-
its only "worth it" because thats what we've all been led to believe/market trend/rarity etc. I can actually appreciate the condition of the car and its probably even going to sell at 12k or very close to it because thats what people are willing to pay. just trying do the maths in my mind - $12k car + what else to make it "nice".. maybe some genuine leather recaros, a good service, maybe some bbs or similar wheels, rust removal (if any) and then it starts getting into 20k territory then its become a pretty expensive car really fast!
-
wonder how the owner stayed 70yo for 12 years. anyway the car looks mint considering the 300k kms... the price is pretty crazy really if you think about it, 12k could get you a mint e46 330 or a pretty decent 325i e90

the real question is what you're doing in an Audi carpark?

E46 M3 - Best Inspection II service provider in Auckland?
qube replied to JohnM575's topic in General Discussion
This must be the one rare case where I would suggest to take it to a dealer. Keep the record book tidy and im sure it will pay off if or when the time comes to sell. -
looks great!
