Hand brake on a couple of clicks is important. With friction all ways on both sides your much less likely to find yourself spinning up and not moving. Fat kids and driving up the hill forward will also help. All else fails tow rope and planks of wood Good luck -
A loan was put on my car 2 days before I purchased it on trademe. A year down the track I get a repossesion letter saying they will be coming to take my car. I sure wouldn't want to help pay off the old owners dept with the money recovered for the car. I also wouldn't want to help any finance company. I'll have to go get a bag of sugar

I suppose i'll have to get a wideband and find out what my injectors are throwing out to really find exactly what air is being pumped. Tractor what?? Do the euro m3 exhaust pipes have a larger internal diameter?

With an adequate tune and something to reduce the turbulant air, you will make more power. But you aren't going to make much power over the factory air box. Because of this it isn't hard to make a system that is worse than standard.

Hybrid are you saying at high speed in open loop you will run lean (with a big enough duct on an untouched ecu)? Or is it because of the turbulent air that the duct could create? or am I missing something else?

Looks good. Bit of a step up from the 328? whats the exhaust?

Why do you say it will confuse the MAF? The only way I can see it being a problem is if the air duct in changes the intake pressure. This would only occur at high speeds, this giving the intake more air than the engine is pumping. Is this really something to be concerned about?

I've talked to arrow and mag master in Tauranga about re-using bolts. Both said they are fine with some locktite and have never seen any back out.

From what I understand the fans only had problems after they had aged. Plastic becomes brittle and goes bang. I can't see a new one giving you problems untill atleast few years down the track. Also a side thought I believe that engine mount sag can also cause the fans to destroy themselves.
