E39 M5?? Possibly a tad expensive considering you have a sprog on the way. But I agree e39 would be a good idea.
-
Yep - pretty sure it was custom though. Plus it looked like arse and the panels didn't appear to fit all that well.

Same thing happened to me except mine was in my pocket and fell out as I was riding my motorbike down the road. Same Nokia brick, same prob with using loudspeaker. Finally fell apart last week. And we come to the other benefit of Telecom - free phones if you are on a plan. I'm not, but My dads company has about 15 phones, so he gave me a freebie yesterday. I made sure it was another nokia "brick". (There were about 5 to choose from in the "free" list from telecom). All you do is upgarde a phone, then switch the number back to the old phone. = new phone with no number. Which I then get my prepay number switched to.

I was a long time Voda supporter until they forced me off my old on-account plan I had been on for 6 years. It was the cheapest plan around and there is nothing that compares these days - I wonder why they binned it??? Anyway, I moaned, got 3 months free account on a new plan for my trouble and at the end binned it and went Telecom Prepay. I later on bought a voda prepay card to take advantage of the free txt weekends. So now I have two phones. I ring voda from my voda at 49c a minute anytime and same to ring telecom from my telecom. Landlines are teh same from both phones. All texting is done from Telecom as I don't use 500 a month and $10 text pwns. I spend around $40 a month all up whih is $20 a month cheaper than I was going to have to spend to have the same usage under vodafones plan. Good thing about voda though is best mate - I spend hours on the phone per month for the same $6.
-
Exactly. Can't wait until Telecom move to a GPRS network so i can run dual networks from one handset. Two handsets is getting old. Add a wallet, keys, and a pager and my pockets are full.

Fell across this. Basically adjustable camber plates on the front strut tops are connected by a linkage to the steering which modifies the camber during cornering. Cool idea - amount of camber change is determined by varying the length of the control arm connecting the connecting rods to the pivot. Not sure if they have something for the rear.

Add a silencer in line before the tip? Will restrict flow slightly more, but will solve the volume prob.
-
I know - been driving me mad for ages
-
Well, seeing as you would prob need a chase boat to get you started (as in the video), that prob solved. I imagine getting into the water at that speed on one of those would be a tad tricky.

So it has MMC then (Wiki). So should be sweet.

White iS's look mint fully colour keyed.

My old Nokia had a MMC card. What is yours gusto? My lappy has a card reader. Can d/load it for you on Sat. Can handle SD, MMC, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, and xD.

Good site, but just a reminder to those new to the site - if you have a question or some info to impart, do a search first. If you type bimmerdiy into the search field there are at least 4 threads in the last few months linking to this site.

That's what I reckon. All those forces on the wee outrigger hydrofoil. Your right about practicality - we're not talking that though are we? Its like saying Michael Delmonts 2002 isn't the best for taking the kids out for a bit of supermarket shopping.
-
What do you want to power? Chances are its just 12v straight from the batt wih a fuse rated for the wire size - wire in whatever you want - as long as you don't draw more than the fuse/wire rating you'll be sweet.
-
Sam, TBH I wouldn't want multi hulls in LV or THE CUP (fukn rafts) - for all the same old reasons, but these things are damn fast. Basically the same reasons for the recent changes to F1. Hydrofoils is the next cool thing (aye Katalyst?) My mate who gave me the above links has built a hydrofoil surfboard and a 2m RC hydrofoil Cat. - way cool. This would be one awesome charter operation - f**k the ex-cup boats "experience" - get one of these and scare the hell out of your paying passengers. I'd drop a few hundy to go out for a few hours and wakeboard behind one of these.
