  1. most people end up having to use a pod filter, just easiest for packaging. while it is true pod filters are inferior to a proper airpbox, an M5x in an E30 is a significant improvement over the stock E30 engine anyway! as for radiation, my preference if to use the NZ new spec radiator with the built in expansion tank. looks a lot nicer and less to fit into the engine bay. the japanese type is much bigger for cooling tho
  2. wellington. most members here are in auckland!
  3. This stuff now surplus to requirements, all in good condition! Bilstein Sport Shocks - unknown Kms, on a road car, then three sessions at manfeild in my compact. still very strong! Is $200 fair? And Set of Jamex Sedan lowering springs, presume super lows. $150 fair? As shown above If fitted to an M50 car will require cert as below legal limit (car they were in was certified as such. Same set fitted in both of these cars for reference, blue sedan is M50 (steel block) with full interior, compact is totally stripped out with M52 engine (aluminium block) Also have this pair of brand new E36 non-M arms. GENUINE LEMFORDER WILL NOT come with lollie pops or bushes in the picture. Have been fitted to a car, but haven't been driven on before removal again (gone for M3 stuff) Cost me $110US per side, how does $200NZ sound for the pair?
  4. Out with the old.....
  5. My 328ti, bog standard M52B28, ZF 5 speed and 3.4 Z3 diff. M3 arms/kingpins etc, M3 brakes, yellow speed coilovers F&R Photographs alright but will be the scruffiest looking one you will find, what with the peeling paint and non-colour matched bumpers, all the better for eating tidy Porsches with at the track!
  6. I have some Bilstein front shocks available very soon, were in Jayden's car, I haven't added more than 500km to them. Also have James springs which are stiff enough for m52 cars with such a light engine
  7. since you are in Auckland, start advertising it as $xxx per week and it will fly out the door.
  8. you guys commentating on the price and comparing it to other cars.. not one of the cars you have listed is immune from depreciation, where as the one in the link has already hit the bottom and is on the way back up
  9. no, did this weekend just passed. OP, just check the specs on line and check with an ohmmeter. on M20 M40 and M70 cars it should be 540ohms +/- 5%. i would assume that M30 would be the same being the same age engine.

obviously they will be captive with the car sitting static on them. car needs to be in the air with the wheels hanging freely. they come loose when driving as the car goes over bumps in the road etc and the shock extends. the must be captive at full wheel extension.
  11. I dont like stopping, but otherwise I agree with the above! The beds on Blue bridge are not too bad at all. As you know i drive Wellington to Auckland to Wellington very often, let me know if you want to know the quickest route!
  12. have in dark blue in wellington if you don't find anything closer. happy to ship.
  13. will be going up in the next week or two if you are wanting anything from down this way (providing i don't have it too!)

  15. because the staff are too busy cleaning up after lazy people that think their ass is too high off the ground to clean up after themselves.
  16. i thought they were just a retailer. Pretty sure i have never seen that badge on a part before.
  17. if you actually own a Paseo please delete your profile before you top yourself. Cheers, Admin.
  18. When people at a busy food court or maccas etc leave thier trays on the table for staff to sort out, they are the same people that won't sit at a table if it has a empty tray on it.
  19. they are designed to be replaced all at once each side.
  20. always worth asking what brand you are buying. Lemforder, Meile go for it. tingling and walk away
  21. hopefully Mac didn't end up in the boot of a later model 7 series!
  22. sounds like rear bushes are faulty too. i have everything to tidy it up and still not worth it. E36s just worth nothing these days. much like E30s 6 years ago actually probably worse. good for those of us that race them tho
