Best/cheapest upgrade would be 330i e46 front and 328i e46 rear calipers and rotors - this keeps the stock brake bias whilst vastly upgrading braking performance. Can probably yank these off any e46's at pickapart or any such wrecker. We did the m3 floating rotor swap (Fronts only) to my car as an experiment - involved grinding away quite a bit of the caliper carrier to fit the M3 rotors as they're a bit wider - the ones I got are also 2nd hand so pre-worn. New rotors would be more difficult to fit. Brake feel is amazing though, barely have to touch the pedal to get the same amount of braking as the 330I front rotor. Edit: I am also running Goodridge braided brake lines, massive difference with these alone.

Sure are, e46 m3 rotors, e46 330i front calipers, M3 pads. Was previously running pads and rotors from e46 330i. Still running e46 328i rear rotors/caliper/pads to keep the brake bias right.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-982227934.htm Yeah, it's tidy. That's it. Yet another deluded seller unaware of market values for their car.

You may have warped the head, they're alloy and very prone to doing so when they get too hot.

E46 M3 front floating rotor setup + Bendix M3 pads installed- Thanks Jayden. Brakes were already excellent on this car, now even better.

Gorgeous build. My own preference would be to delete all orange lights (Replacing with clear) and run M3 mirrors, and no plates for the show. Other than that it's a fantastic quality build, and everyone involved should be proud. It's good to see this kind of work being done in people's garages and backyards. Well done on the wrap! Looks excellent, I'd love to do my car however don't quite think I'd get it looking so nice.
