  1. Good stuff. I've always wanted to get my oil tested, but have not been sure where to take it. Not so interested in testing my M50s but I would like to find out about my V8s oil condition once the first change is due after 5,000kms of driving it. I think it would be worthwhile just for interests sake.
  2. better versionFantastic, I've always like Dave Grohl, hes gone up in my respect! Fighting at a concert, what a douchey thing to do.
  3. Both my 1993 BMWs have had the same issue. Quite common it seems.
  4. Well it has doors that go vertical so must be a supercar... Also I just read the Jaguar C-X75 wont have jet engines anymore... "The C-X75 will be built without the gas-powered micro-turbines, instead, the highway version will use a downsized highly-boosted petrol engine with one electric motor at each axle" Uhhhh........
  5. I guess the question is, does it sound good? A supercar is not a supercar unless it can make a sound that sends shivers down your spine. That is my opinion anyway..... 50% of my buying decision is influenced by the sound the powerplant makes, or could make with the right upgrades. I like Jaguar C-X75 twin jet powered electric car, I think that will sound amazing.
  6. I quite like those hard top E63s. Nice purchase!
  7. Interesting... 3 cylinder diesel with electric motors... Hope it has no heavy batteries?
  8. Brilliant choice the E46 330i I don't think you can go wrong really.
  9. Trouble with Eaton M90s is they put a LOT of hot air out, especially once you get past half a bar of pressure. It then gets to the point where it is mandatory to run an intercooler of some type and/or water alcohol injection. Twin screws are the way to go for thermal efficiency but come at a great cost.
  10. Yeah, like the others have said, it's mostly because of the age and wear on bush links The thrust bush is the most common problem but ALL other frond end bushes and links should be replaced, such as the tie rods and related ball joints. Having the right wheels is also a must. You should be using original wheels, made by good companies, not fake/replica wheels. You must also use 72.50mm hub sized wheels, avoid ones that need spacers as these will cause a shimmy, the same goes for tyres too, use cheap ones that dont balance properly and you will get a more severe shimmy again. I went though this on my E34, so I know from experience.
  11. Looks like a great score, Enjoy!
  12. I quite like that. Original!
  13. I am sure they will be excellent cars. But reading things like 'electric turbo' are a little off putting, they will have to put the work in to pull that off!
  14. Looks outstanding in that video. Simply wow.
  15. That is great news Yongxi!
  16. Wow, now that is a prime example! Best of luck with the sale.
  17. Welcome. Rare to see a track spec E31 with an M3 motor!
