Are you gonna buy one?
-
But why was he going so fast on such a B road where that is likely to happen?
-
News of Jodie Kidd as a co host has popped up again... I wonder if that will happen. I think she would do well. Pretty quirk and genuinely likes cars.
-
Evans will do alright. It wont be the same show, but it will still be watchable. Out of all the peoples names thrown about he is one of the better ones that genuinely loves cars. It goes without saying it's not going to fill the void left by a lack of a Clarkson hosted show.

^ hahaha. Tooo true Kyu.

Haha crackup.

Did he dent your door to get out?? :S
-
Interesting. Pictures please sir

Agreed. I'd state the original issues the early M3s had has been fixed with an engine rebuild.
-
Yeah pretty much sums it up. I just don't like any entry level model car... they tend to be a quite an affront to all the bigger well spec'd cars.

Ooo I want those style of wheels so bad.
-
Thank goodness those refrigerators are front wheel drive.

HAH. I saw Zebra had a V8 E38 recently. Quite a rare occurance. Usually they only get 318is and maybe the odd 520i E39. Never seen a Soarer let alone an E31!
-
Not when you can get one for less than 1k out of the states. 2.2k is Whipple twin screw territory.
-
Wow, 20 deg drop. That is significant!
-
Mmmm I'm looking for one of these off the SVT Cobras, usually pretty cheap on Ebay but there aren't any at present.
-
E38 still looks the best. Very slick limo. The E65 and F02 looked deformed by comparison.
-
Qwarity!

Smith and Smith use random Chinese make glass from my discussions with them. If you want low quality glass with 'ripples' they are a good option

Surely those would be around 1700kg?

"Executive lounge, Sky lounge, welcome light carpet. " Manyyyyy coffees and biscuits must have been consumed to come up with those beauties...

80s designed automatics are far better than modern manual cars.

True, I forget people are easily wow'd by things that don't deserve praise. But its the same thing for a 120i or something, just another generic car with a fancy badge slapped on. Then again theres always weak cars in any line up now days. Not to say they won't sell in bulk, but that is part of the problem

BMWs to the front! The hydraulic system for the rear steering and suspension, so all the lines, fittings, pumps and random bits, 110kg. I weighed the lot when I stripped one of these down for spare parts. The rest of the 'toys' easily 50kg of bits and pieces. With someone in the car mine weighed in at ~1830kg, so they are a heavy hector, hence the need to develop a supercharger.
