Car got a fair bit of love in the past 3 days:
Fresh oil / Cabin Filter / Oil Level Sensor
Smoke test for vacuum leaks - all good
New ///Msport door sills - old ones were very tatty
Black BMW rego pouch from https://filthydog.co.nz/ beats the old orange VTNZ one
Secondary cats removed - Supersprint has woken up a bit now - sounds great without being obnoxious at all
Replaced old rusty wheel bolts with some gold bling - quite like them - thought I would try and looks good IMO with the gold interior
If you get too lazy I will take that Cruise control setup off your hands.
I've been meaning to source one as I spend 90% of my driving time on the open road.
My cars twin!
This car advertised came from Hastings to Auckland about May/June this year, it wasnt ever offically advertised on the market but i was in talks with the family before it was sold - I know how much he got it for ?
Its crazy to think how much these are going for now, i sold my M325i Tech1s for about 5-6k around 2010.
The "325I M" plate is not a legal NZ manufactured plate, will need to be re-made to be 100% legit.
But does seem like the owner has had it for a long time as it was first registered to the car on 1993!
Hogg & Swan - trademe user goeuro - have consistently had numerous E30's for sale in the past, none quite as good as this though.
On the original sales brochure under extras it says "Superb Performance" lol!
Only 2 owners!! (3 incl dealer)
It is so nice but 40k is 40k.. a lot of money for one of these.. (i'll probably be laughing at this post 5 years later when its $65k)
THat looks just as sharp if you're not set on a 3 liter.
Plus wont need to bring it up from down south
You are kinda spoilt for choice atm I reckon.
Remember the deal of the century comes along every other week

This is one of those retirement cars Im always looking for..
Okay, it started fine, 2 cranks, not bad fir 4 years off the road, has sufficient oil, but the check oil light doesn’t go off.
If it’s the attached, the wire has broken off the sender, it’s loose as heck inside the boot and doesn’t feel attached
