If someone parts them, I'm interested in the ACS wheels
-
If they are 8.5 offset is likely to be either 13 or 15. I'll find the like and message it to you

There was/is a guy on Facebook selling a set of style 24s, 17x8.5 with good rubber for around $800
-
Thats cheap! They will fit but will need some narrower tyres (maybe guard roll depending how skinny you go), and some hubcentric rings

There's a meet on the 24th November and cruise to akaroa. Look up BMW Enthusiasts NZ on Facebook. They try to have a meet every couple months

Rapid battery drain after not using car for 3 months
Gaz replied to Kumar's topic in Electrical system
E61 have energy diagnosis available via ISTA. Making sure the battery is correct for the car and registered is the first step and then seeing where the voltage drain from -
There was one about 10 years ago maybe? Probably still have it somewhere
-
Why not? They have the same engine as an m5

There is one here in Christchurch

Is This Where The E30 Market Is Now..?
Gaz replied to E30 325i Rag-Top's topic in TradeMe discussions
You can have one of mine for $200, I was going to do both cars but can't be arsed with the e30. Much easier on the E36 -
DCH Motorsport?

If it was cheap chinese brand coils then I would be worried but they are not. They are high quality ones so its not a concern for me. I'm sure if you ask nicely, the seller would put the originals in for you and away you go, no worries

Anyone about to order on FCP or RMEuro? Vanos Seals
Gaz replied to 325_driver's topic in General Discussion

E90 320i Engine Flushing? And Odd colour under the gunk in Valve Cover
Gaz replied to LemonHunter's topic in Maintenance
Engine oil flushes can be hit and miss. As what sometimes happens, bits of gunk or whatever can come loose and then get stuck in oil galleries or oil pump and make things worse -
Get it scanned

Insurance companies are being tough on dealers doing windscreens and often only accept it if genuine glass is fitted currently. We don't do anything unless we have confirmation in writing from the insurance company that all costs are approved because it causes to many headaches
-
@bradgalbraith was/is selling some I saw of the book of face
-
Do it! Great drive and weekend away, have done it twice, unlikely to make it this year myself sadly
-
I really like it, has an Alfa type appeal to it
-
If both your e39 and e46 are the same shape then yes, you can pair the remote key from your e46 to work on e39
-
I dont know if they are the same between pre and facelift but there are two types, 4 bolt flange and 3 bolt flange on the manifold
-
If they are both the same key then you can sync the remote function with your one good key, this will rule out key/receiver issues. There should be no need to replace the mirror on your e46 as you clearly have one dead key(probably battery failed) and one good key. Of course you can swap it out if you so choose but it's not necessary
