  12. I think I recall reading about the e31 early dev cars having all the running gear and gadgetry fitted to the e24 body. In terms of the M5, the e12 M535i was the seed because it was the first 5 series sedan to be fitted out with a ‘large’ engine, motorsport orientated suspension and an LSD. Being a new concept at the time it was an obvious success. Sadly I cannot afford a real one ...

    2-3 nights a week. Been cooking Ketogenic dishes which has worked really well.
  16. I think you can reasonably assume that at that mileage, it’s clapped out and will need alot of TLC&M.
  17. Cars competing in 2kcup are put on the dyno so there’s no point trying to do anything cheeky.

  19. Let them fully dry and then lay some clear coat over them, light coats and then a final wet coat. Makes race car scale models look a bit more convincing.
  20. 150k Miles ? That's over 240,000km The car in question has done 135,000kms.
  21. Wasn't there an issue with early models in this generation breaking crankshafts? The cog for the timing gear shears off at the front end of the crank?
