common thing - inhibitor switch Good sh*t hows it running man?
-
it goes into the block, and I would highly recommend you drop your sump out and fish it out.

Autoclutch up here in aucks will do you any clutch you ask for. Their not bad on pricing either.
-
There is a long bolt that runs through the brake clutch pedal, just unclip the accelerator pedal (behind the pedal) there should be no welding, they come out in about 5 minutes. Just undo all the bolts and slid out the long one and they come free.

We were on telstra for many years tastic? Only on golarge now cos weve moved. I am having the exact same issues as you are driftit, its crazy same plan, same problem, I am not going to change im still relatively happy with the way its going even with some issues. If you go onto the telecom websites they do explain that they have restrictions on go large ie during peak times if I remember correctly from 4pm to 12am its limited. Im not getting much over 100kbps either, and sometimes its struggling to get past bloody 30 to 40kbps.

Hem hem I still have dibs on that 3.64/3,46 which ever one it iS!!! Good luck James, I'd come help if I was closer dude, still have to sort out a time to get that diff, didn't wanna do it until you've got the bulk of this 325 out of the way!

Just solid mount them nothing like the rumble of a straight six between the toes.

It doesn't even look that bad!! No serious damage, mostly cosmetic from what I can see.

Graham, to me this means a great car day is to be had Power steering fluid leak - generally easy fix, I bet its just a hose thats come loose since the b25 went in. Bad noise - you've got nolathane bushes, dont they always clonk and make more noise than stock? All m20's sound like crap Stick some exhaust glue in the leaks and problemo solved. Rear bumper and tow away zone can be generally annoying. But hey, I had to work this easter fri, sat and sunday p.s E30's for the win. p.p.s Happy easter!
-
Win! Make that two!
-
Go one Glenn, drive down and sort it out, with the manual box in it should only take the best part of 15 minutes! Hope the car gets fixed! Edit: Crucial smiley.

I was hoping you'd chime in David!

And if you get stung by customs, do you also pay the extra GST over here?
-
Can someone explain to me what these do exactly? I've surmised that it cleans up down there lol?

Out of curiosity, why is it required to cert the 260? Because its not the box it came with? What happens when people blow their gearboxes and put in a replacement etc etc? Surely that doesn't need a cert. If they picked up that its the m20b25 as opposed to b20 then maybe I could understand the motor needing a cert, but the gearbox? Or did I miss something?
-
I've done it too, I purposely didn't do the high beam because I like just the lows black Their legal, I've been through two wof's with them like that. I re-sealed with Araldite Glue - followed by silicon.

Cheers, will have a look into Pirtec and will flush cooler. How freely should it be flowing? Just pouring out at a good rate, or a dribble, or?

Ladies and Gentlemen! Questions regarding an oil cooler - m20b25(7) I am wanting to put another one on, as my current one is a bit dingy and banged up and I have a spare which is in much better condition. However. I am aware these can cause some serious clogging problems, so I was wondering, is there a good sure fire way to thoroughly clean them out, and then test if they are flowing correctly? Or is it the ol' hook the hose into one side and blast away? Secondly, Id like some new hoses that run from the oil cooler to the fitting that holds the filter. These are just rubber with the metal fitting attached. Am I able to purchase these somewhere, or is there somewhere that can make up these hoses for me if I bring in an example? What sort of a price range am I looking at for this? Thanks all. A.

Excellent. However, not nearly enough videos, and not nearly enough beers have been consumed. But its a solvable problem...
