  1. Yes they do, Look at Sportmaxx rims. They were a common 16x8 0 offset rim used on e30's. Couple guys on here used to have them. http://bimmersport.co.nz/topic/17651-matty104s-e30-325/page-15?hl=matty104
  2. Doesn't look like much, Bent wheels / Suspension? D1NZ into a curb? Lucky you don't run replica wheels, Could have been alot worse
  3. Take the computer offline too, remove it from any network connection to other devices / internet.
  4. m52tu pretty much is an m54 more than an m52, as per the thread I linked; The main reason is down to management, can bus and fly by wire mainly, there are people that know how to flash this out of the ECU but its still a big secret and as such they charge fortunes for it, £800 odd. The other reason is the head/gas flow design, when they designed the engines they were not interested in them making more power, just reducing emissions, due to this the ports are much smaller and IMO give less scope for power increases. I would stick to an m52b28, I know kerry on here did the m52tu, but went OBD1 and vanos delete to do so. So much trouble when you can just use an m52b28 as is.
  5. E30Zone is your best bet, UK based forum and they have the same spec BMW's we do, also a whole lot more people doing 24v swaps http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=244105
  6. Nah all Touring's have 51mm struts. True 3 people....Do they all turn full lock sharply into driveways ? lol The rears need rolling for sure..But front's on 16's .. Guess it depends what size tyres you have and how much of your suspension travel you sacrificed. Airport shipping; I went with Kiwishipping in the end http://bimmersport.co.nz/topic/42452-international-shipping-airport-only-shipping/?hl=%2Bairport+%2Bshipping
  7. Need an e30 rear battery tray, just the tray none of the other stuff.
  8. They only do to Airport terminal shipping, which is a nightmare I've heard. Mine aren't rolled at all with 16x9's... Then again it's not slammed but pretty low and I've never had guard issues.
  9. If you buy this I'll help you put it in?
  10. 16x8 fits easily, I have 16x9 ESM wheels ET15, Fit fine in rear just needed a 5mm infront to clear the strut. That is a good deal.. Wish I had money I'd so get me some of those all black ones
  11. I don't really go much over 100kmh anyway, Maybe cruise at 110kmh every so often on straights. The only issue I have is that I MUST be at the front of the line I hate being behind people on the open road, takes away from my driving experience, How can you express your anger at the driver if you have to crawl past them on a passing lane at 104kmh .
  12. Nah I bought this my mate has the engine for his touring
  13. I did my low beams yes. Really easy. Just remove them and heat the glass slowly and pry it off. Remove the inner reflective surround and sand / paint. Then put it back together with some silicone adhesive to seal them. Edit* Should note this only works for e30 low beams.
  14. No this is perfectly fine. I have mine like this and my previous e30 that Sasha has. All you are doing is painting black the reflective surround which sits Infront of the headlight bulb. It does not limit the amount of light coming out of the headlight as the light is coming from behind it anyway. HOWEVER, that only applies to the low-beams. The high beams reflect the light off the rear reflector so you can use the method of black cross hairs so they appear black and reflect the black and appear smoked, But won't actually affect the light output like painting it black would. It's exactly how Hella made e30 smoked headlights.
  15. Holy, Looking really really good
  16. Hardly, Alot of cheaters now play on PS3 - There are PS3 gamers with hacked jailbroken PS3's with "God mode" where they are invisible and though you can see their name above their head to see them if you are directly infront of them, you can't kill them. Ruined COD Black Ops. Wouldn't be surprised if other games have hacks too and are still working online, I only noticed it in the last couple months though. So yes, PS3 atleast, has hacks available just like PC.
  17. I have metal ramps because the lip on the curb is pretty much like driving into a footpath direct on with a rounded edge. Someone left some flat Checkerplate steel bits under the front stairs and I lined them up on the curb. Only problem I ever get is having to re-adjust sometimes and after a lot of rain some leaves etc tend to get caught and create a bit of a blockage lol. Never thought the council was against it, then again it is a pretty private area.
  18. Anyone got an e30 pilot bearing with the larger inner diameter? I never measured input shaft and got a 12mm but need the 15mm. Or anyone know who has in stock, have tried Milland, Gavin etc (haven't heard back from Gavin) Have one of the smaller kind if anyone wants to trade
  19. No matter how big their post count, no one can be trusted..
  20. Maybe you just got lucky, looks like this guy f'd the motor so is parting it possibly, http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/bmw/accessories/auction-664089851.htm Lol @ e30 Msport, 320i msport.. heck..
  21. Don't know it but I have seen it parked in town, I saw it one night when I was drunk and I thought it was mine. Huge mind f***. But the roof racks and wheels don't do it for me.
