I would take a man pill, jump in the Hennessy Venom, and wait for the drop.

Congratulations Jeff! I entered that comp too, very smart looking wagon, you may have to trade up!

POOOOWWEEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!! Its also because new car prices and finance options are more attractive and they don't hold on to old pieces of crap like we do in NZ, a new BMW can be upto 45% cheaper and what we think is a premium car woth keeping for the badge is viewed as a Commodore type car to them. Rust is a huge issue though, I was looking at a "how too" on a car the same year and millage as mine (2006 roughly 100,000km) and every suspension component was f**ked, all drop links were corroded, one of his springs had actually snapped, looked like a 50 year old car underneath! Funny to imagine the situation that a lot of them don't even drive their cars in the winter months.

Well. I have ordered them, and the pads, they said three weeks so lets see. Nothing like a deadline to get things done. If its in and the event has space I will be there. Thanks for the encouragement. -

Gah. Car is in the air and in a million pieces again, control arms out, steering system out for a recondition and I am waiting on some custom KW suspension and some new brake pads and lines.. so have a feeling we wont make it. We have 8 weeks to get the car sorted and tuned for Targa Rotarua so will be at the track for one day later in April. Will keep an eye out! -
Option 1 with black wheels and a Justin Bieber hair cut would be awesome. I really liked the gloss black shadow line on my old E60 M-Sport, was actually one of my favorit things about the car, looking out the window and the gloss black mirror stalks gave a real premium feel.

They do like crashing.

Raymond's is a very nice car, low km's, around 120,000km. Would price it at over 30k myself.
-
Fook thats one hell of a spec! Want. I vote E30 Touring, all the rest are meh.
-
Mark, just to give you heads up, I am prepared to go to 15K, so I hope you are in for a bidding war. I have pre approved finance from GE money and everything bitch. Its mine

Whakamanuhiri! Great car you have yourself there, shame they dropped the M versions of the Z4, your model was fantastic!

When you say "lay frame" what frame are we talking about?
-
Yea I am with you, I love the nice quite turbo's, especially when you do what I like to call Ninja hooning, but when you pull up to a Quattroporte or Jag XFR it can be a bit emasculating.. Spotted a low E36 Coupe northbound before Manukau, no suspension, wide wheels, trade-me angel eyes and HID kit sitting at 90 in the passing lane passing no one. You give BMW drivers the stereotype, congratulations.

I found out my uncles brothers flat mate once dated his cousin, its such a small world. I feel like I knew him myself so I have just requested a "candle in the wind" for him on my favorit radio station, the Breeze. They have shot guns in the boot of the patrol cars that under lock, they are not something they can grab fast and shoot, its a back up thing. PS you must be careful not to over pepper Lemon Fish, can wreck the delicate flavors.

How often do you track it Michael?
-
For track work a manual would be much better and any BMW is better with a manual, would go as far as to say I would rather track a 320i Manual than a 330i Automatic If you do go automatic and plan on tracking it maybe look at a transmission cooler and be ready to try and use the retarded gear leaver as much as possible to save the brakes from turning to cheese..

If my car is not bent I will be there... we need to do a sponsor "hot laps" day for my sponsors so expect some entertaining driving haha! -
Is anyone else singing this in their head when ever this story is mentioned. Just me? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2yoVfDeLc8 Must be horrifying, have swam with sharks before and even a small one gives me the shits.

My daily hack, dog cart, van and general awesome car, the 1990 Peugeot 205 of winning tells me its 11.35 at 69mph, but its always time to go 69 when you drive a 205
-
At that speed, as long as you are in the left lane and keeping the heck out of my way I am happy, 1,500rpm, 10,000rpm good on you Not sure what my car does sorry, "I cant drive 55"
-
My guess is the the large hadron collider. Looks like the car was converted to RHD somewhere is the time space continuum.
-
Found the driver. Maybe they had the ASC remapped to "boy racer"

Welcome. My mother in law has a Nissan and she likes it, she says its pepe. Check coolant level is German for "have a nice drive" my E39 used to always tell me that when i stated it up, it also used to tell me to "check my cat" but never the dog. Enjoy the E36, boot always looked smoother with the Japanese plate holders removed.

Your not the only one, I was wondering who in there right mind would pay that for an old BMW with high millage that is not really anything special. I love that is a "club sport" but has full leather, big stereo and other stupid luxury features, Club Sport should come with two seats, a gear leaver, a dash board and a cigarette lighter

Keen, have just got the car back on the road, first rally this weekend, would be keen to take her around the track to get some reference times before new suspension and tuning commences.
