    Quick Questions

Id go with either engine running rich, but more likely engine burning oil..
  2. I think he means the dimmer switch for the instrument lights... (rotate the headlight knob)
  3. I wouldnt call that a low. I want one.
  4. Haha i love how E30s are suddenly very expensive to maintain, and completely unreliable. I used my E30 to deliver pizzas without a single issue. Still running strong everyday, and is impossibly easy to fix. Also the note on local mechanics not knowing these cars.... well they arent exactly rare, so I'd be surprised if it were the first any mechanic has seen..
  5. They certainly do with my car, the lack of a high stop light makes it easier to mistake them lol. Afterall they use the same bulbs as the brakes anyway...
  6. You can still put rego on it, and Mr debt collector may decide to pay them a visit.... probably not though haha.
  7. If you buy a vehicle with an expired licence label (vehicle licensing is sometimes incorrectly called 'registration'), you're required to pay licence fees from the date you acquire the vehicle. If the vehicle isn't going to be used on the road, you should apply for an exemption from licensing. (Do this after you have notified acquisition.) You'll need to fill out an Application for exemption from continuous licensing form (MR24), available from NZTA agents or online at the Transaction Centre. From: http://www.nzta.govt.nz/resources/factshee...nd-selling.html
  8. No chance. It says quite clearly in the law that rego is only your responsibility when the car is in your name. The 6 months it was in their name unregistered is their bill for them to sort out and nothing to do with the new owner.
  9. But its not different... you'll just make a facelift look like a pre-facelift... may as well just get a pre-facelift and save much pain and hassle.
  10. Seen this driving round welly a few times. Looks no better in the flesh..

    Which DSLR?

You've got the first bit right, by picking the two best brands. Pretty much from then on its down to personal preference. Personally i prefer the canon, but thst just cos i have a 500D myself.. Basically they will both do the job you want them to equally well, and its down to what you like the look of more
  12. I'd agree with that... an inch or two. Looks pretty sweet in a kinda subtle way though .
  13. I can see this Auction making the "Cool Auctions" section

    My E30 so far =)

So an M50 going under the bonnet, more details on whats on top? :lollies:
  15. Boxes on the 6-cylinder cars are basically the same, and will fit no problems. And i doubt itd have trouble handling the might of a 2.5....
  16. Not a momo bosskit, but my bosskit only had one wire. With two options for attaching it on the horn button depending on wether the cars horn is wired normally closed or normally open circuit... (On mine the centre one is the right one, the other one causes the horn to sound continually unless i push the button :lollies:)
  17. Good stuff! If you get bored I can ship mine up too :lollies:
  18. Drove it. Now i needa clean it.
  19. That would actually be hilarious. They wouldn't stand a chance.
  20. Talk to Jon at JK Southern Euro, he might be able to help you out .
  21. Indeed, the GPS showed my car with standard wheels at 100kph when the speedo read 107. Now with new wheels + tyres (205/50/16) it reads 100kph at 101kph.
  22. Iroquios with .50 cal. Nuff said. Don't need fast fighter jets when your enemys dont have them . Love how the media says they are "attacking" us when its just a little criticism being thrown about
  23. Your kidding right? Petrol doesnt just "explode". In fact a full tank of gas would be near impossible to cause to explode, as its the vapour that burns/explodes etc. And a drill certainly wouldnt make a decent enough spark, if it even made one at all, to ignite fuel.
