ahh that is a habit that i have noticed but never verbalized.Driving along SH2 southbound(it ussually is southbound) some halfwit just brakes for no apparent reason,no car close in front,no official looking vehicle parked on left or approaching.I spose its possible its a radar detector or a gps speed warning but most times they dont seem to be speeding either?????

The LKM was soldered by an auto electrician not long afer i got the car Martyn.The headlights went out about halfway round a fast LH sweeper near Tauraunga .I had only had the car 1 day.Goodness knows how i managed to flick on the fog lights. Its sorta a daunting list but gosh it looks for 25 yrs old. I am gonna call ist dibs if you ever decide to sell.I havent got room for it but....

i have had HELLA batteries a couple of times,bought from a "battery town" auto electrician.The 120 d had a battery from hell so i am sure there is room for a bigger one than a 55

A diesel is more economical than the same petrol motor,and more economical than a petrol motor with about the same torque.RUC def not set up for small diesel cars.As mentioned above in a smaller diesel doing 5 to 6 l 100 k i pay the same RUC as a 2.5 tonne mitsubishi pajero which uses twice the fuel.The ruc rate for small diesel cars should be half what it is

get a new key now i reckon so if the worst happens you have got a functioning key,but in meantime do as above.Sometimes those little screws are hard to get out so make sure you have the correct size screwdriver when you try

i havent spent much time in an e60 but the i drive wasnt as much of a hassle as its made out to be.Ok you cant just jump in and adjust things as in most cars but it doesntt ake long to become accustomed to it

take it to a bmw specialist to be checked.Not the AA or similar .The radio and nav wont work here
