even the e34 could be deadlocked,but it had to be wiith key and you cant lock the drivers door without the key.ie you could lock any other door and just slam it but not the drivers door...had to be locked with key

synthetic oil is the only way to get 25000 k intervals.Synthetic oils have far better properties than dino oils.They cant be compared.And most BMWs have at least 50 percent more oild than most cars.That alone points to a 50 percent longer interval.I serviced the 120d by the service indicatoer Mostly longer runs (25 k each way,and little stop start thes service indicator normally ran down from about 17000 k.It didnt burn or use any oil over the 60 ks that i had it.

in welly we have intermarque sprints...three timed laps,perhaps 8 cars on the track at any one time,you are "paired' with a car that is about the same speed as you rolling start.Road cars allowed,can do with day license about 5 meets a year.you would get maybe 5 or six runs a day.

the e34 is pretty well balanced,its why the battery is in the boot

chrome grill is the best for black cars imo,gives a bit of contrast must admit the wide moustache at the top gives me cause to reconsider.

i hate the f wits who sit in the outside lane for 10 km then merge left only 100 metres before their exit forcing every car in the queue to brake a bit....this ripple nearly stops the traffic 20 cars back
