Can code "m-track" mode into e46 m3s '03 and later easy enough.
-
Ahhh gutted. You can re-order that easy enough Looks like the theives are some lowlife e36 owner who will get linched if they show their faces around these parts. Part number 51112251767 for the lip. Its pretty cheap to get from Team or JC BMW etc.

Recoded the 5 series alarm for optical conformation and when the alarm goes off, high beams now flash

Sweet, I dont know of any body in Chch who can code BMWs at the level you need. There is only one professional guy here in auckland and me (I am still young Jedi on this at the moment but learning fast) The rev drop this is obviously your ECU, the manual ROM has a different map for your idle controller (control valve). The light can be coded out as well. Another option you have is you can use another DME from a manual of the same vintage. Maybe get something out of the UK. You would need the dealer to recode this to your car however. Jan 95 onward is the change over period for EWSII on e36. This would need to be aligned to your EWS.

Could be keen, Westy ? -
Drive shaft loops have to be front and rear and of caged type .. EG not allowed to just weld a bar across the trans tunnel. This is all pretty standard stuff and well within the rules. Atleast you didnt get it all done then went for a cert and the rules changed that week, which is what happened to me also I got a ticket at a warrent and rego check on the way there. If your not matey with a fabricator, then go some where like pitstop on the shore .. they do this sort of stuff and for good prices too. Have a look at the Low Volume website too for some good reading when building modified cars, saves (most of the time) the certifier rolling his eyes at another person who hasnt done the homework turning up for a check.

ahhhh crap ... really sorry to hear that man, they looked awesome on your car Can you repost some photos of what they looked like .. and we will all keep an eye out. If it makes you feel better, a member on here had his wheels stolen, they arrived on trademe some time later and the guy got caught and he got his wheels back.

Bellicose, where you at ... another rescue for you. Graham, stop mincing around and just get a pre-fl.

Few of the boys went looking at it a few times. Its riddled with rust in all the usual places. The importer was trying to sell it for a long time when everyone was cashing in on the e30 m3 thing back about 5-6 years a go. He gave up and turned it into a track car.

Maybe apart from not doing it on a jig and re welding with the proper high voltage spot welding equipment and replacing with factory repair parts its done very well. You would be surprised what makes it into New Zealand and who driving around with what that has been repaired. In saying that, if structual repairs are done properly the car can actually turn out better than before in some cases.

1 x paper clip 1 x super glue 1 x steady hand Straighten paper clip Put the smallest amount of super glue on the end of the paperclip taking extra careful attention not to get it on the lock barrel. touch the paper clip on the end of the broken key blade and wait for it to dry. Pull carefully. If it doesnt work, try bending the paperclip 90 degrees so you have a little more surface area to glue .. again dont glue the key in the barrel!

Cheers Ollie. One I was looking at a baby in the back seat with restraint system. Looked ok for space without too many issues I sat in one in the weekend front and back and didnt have to move the seats, so they actually have enough space for us (just). The e90's in my price range are getting a bit old unfortunately. Really keen on 08-09 when we buy as it will last a 3-5years.
