  1. And we love retarded c**ts.
  2. Ive heard this ALOT about time fiar go got on them. Maybe hide a camera in car powered off ignition?. I have used them with no issue once. Next time due to bad rep i stated in a hotel that offered free secure parking for 2 weeks. Came back to three broken windows and a trashed interior.
  3. Judging by what ive seen in the past i doubt much more than 600-800
  4. Very nice. Who did your flywheel lightening. And what sort of price did it run you.
  5. I think fairly well priced. Low kms good history. Wouldbt think lhd would put people off. Fairly small market so might be a slow sell. If you wanted a really quick sale maybe drop 2-3 k off the price. Otherwise i think its positioned well

    New Tyres

the point is with items like that people dont shop around. Is he better t sell 8 pairs at 700 or 10 pairs a 350.There are many items i work with on razor slim 5% margins but also many with literally up to a 3000% mark up. Cant go into more really but its amazing what some items cost to build.
  7. In fairness this thread is probably exactly what his aim was. People who do that to cars do it for the reaction. Good or bad they love the attention. They hate being picked on by the cops but love to brag about how many fines they got. sad thing is he probably thinks nearly killing someone in a crash would probably make a really cool facebook update....
  8. Is it just me or did the knocking not increase in speed with the engine. I have had a spark plug blow the center out. Made a hell of a noise but more of a chuffing than knocking. Was in a sohc mitsi so could sound different. Ive also had big ends go which sounded a little different. Im taking a random stab at a main bearing. Check plugs i guess. Then pull sump if you are keen. Main or big end will still have a sump full of metal.
  9. Im sorry but thats so far below whats legal it looks retarded.
  10. Automatic center punch. Couple of clicks and the window just makes a pop. Biggest sound is knocking the glass out. what a bunch of losers.
  11. Chuck some mobil 1 on it.
  12. very weird. is the starter stuck in the engaged position? when you say you removed the vanos, is the cam chain still connected and turning the cams?
  13. Well a 5w output is 1 amp which on many phones is the minimum. Any less it wont charge. i charge my galaxy on a 10w usb adaptor. Doesnt seem to charge any faster than the factory wall charger.
  14. Wow its a wonder our cars drive at all with all that happening. Very cool
  15. Hi louis I work at SCA so can give abit of insight. if you are just starting out that stanley kit will give you abit of everything for an ok price all the tools are lifetime warranty etc. though they cut a little on the cost by making many of the sockets 6 point instead of 12. which is really annoying. downside are the actual cabinet is fairly light duty, not really that great once you get plenty of tools and start weighing it down, weak drawers piddly castor wheels etc If you already have some tools i would go with either the toolpro or calibre tool cabinets. Toolpro are lifetime warranty but i personally think the calibre is much higher quality despite only having a shorter warranty. I have a calibre 7 draw base and 6 draw top, have given it heaps of crap for over 5 years and no issues. sliders are all top notch still. my choice would be this top. http://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/online-store/products/Calibre-Tool-Cabinet-6-Drawer-Top-Chest-27-Blue.aspx?pid=326689&menuFrom=70902#Cross then you can get this base later on http://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/online-store/products/Calibre-Tool-Cabinet-7-Drawer-Roller-27-Blue.aspx?pid=326690&menuFrom=70902#Cross (note the pics are a little old, the new versions dont have those plastic corner strips and look much better. Though if you lack bench space you may be better off going base first then a top later as need be. the other recommendation i can offer is if you get the calibre cabinet get these inserts, they fit straight in the top and in my opinion are the best value tools you can get that are still great quality and again lifetime warrenty http://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/online-store/products/Calibre-EVA-Tray-Sockets-Accessories-68-Piece-Metric-SAE.aspx?pid=341568#Cross http://search.supercheapauto.co.nz/search?w=calibre%20eva feel free to pm me if you have any questions or want to know when to buy to get a good price. ( the cabinets are a great price right now if you want one only, usually they do a combo so you have to buy top and bottom)
  16. Youbcan only bend a valve if the timing is out. You wont bend it by hand. When rotating an engine with the plugs in you often come up against compression but letting it sit still for a min or so will allow the pressure to ease and can continue. if the plugs are out it should spin freely. Well often still two hands on the pulley to turn. But should be easy with a rathet or power bar. Are you turning the right way? Possible the timing system doesnt like rotating backwards but im not sure on bmws
  17. If you are lowering it by 90mm then chances are you would need to take about 60-70mm off the shock. If you are looking to lower it properly why not buy coilovers much easier and safer. If you just want it to look me@n as cuz bro and dont care about safety then im out. Not my scene to help build death traps.
  18. Sellers form updates police records. Not doing them opens you up to fixed speed camera fines
  19. Probably none, noone unlikes pages they like swipe past them which shows what facebook likes mean in the first place. Like most pages he probably used the "like my page and win an iphone" gimmick where noone actually ends up with a phone. Or the winner is announced but the name doesnt exist.
  20. If you turn the pump handle upside down it makes it much less sensitive to splash back. Still shuts off when full though.
  21. If its a generic solenoid jaycar sell them individually
  22. Love how his website says he saves the enviroment by recycling computers. But he drives a 760.
  23. Very cool stuff. Might seem like a dumb question but is this hard to do due to bmw trying to lock people out to prevent reverse engineering or tampering of cars. Or is it simply just a huge system that makes it very complicated.
  24. So basically tobys argument is the 750il is better because it has better equipment. When told you can get the same features on a much cheaper model he says its not the same. When told it is the same but his favorite is much more expensive for just a badge he gets childish and angry. Any surprises that he specialises in apple products? Pretty much the same thing.
