should come undone with a big bar if you lock the flywheel with a big screwdriver. Also will come off with a rattle gun.

Will the 5speed A5S390R or A5S360R auto boxes from a N46 motor work on a M43 motor that originally had a A4S200R 4speed auto? I know it should physically fit, but is there wiring or coding issues?

can you use m3 calipers on the 330 rotors?

You will need different spindles too. the 330 spindles allow you to use the 325mm disc, and the m3 spindles allow you to use the 315mm disc.

225 is considered the minimum for a 8.5 inch rim. 255 is considered the maximum.

Camber adjustment will help. rolling the lips is also a good idea and easy to do. I would not recommend stretching smaller tyres as it makes for crap handling. 235 and 245 are the recommended sizes for an 8.5inch wide rim.

It will be great to see the difference. Are the vented front discs the same size as the stock ones? 286mm I think? Are the new pads stock or performance parts? Tyres should be a big improvement.

If you really like the e46 why don't you look at upgrading the power on the m54b30? Supercharger or turbo would give you plenty. Alternatively an e46 m3 is inside your budget.
