If not these, any suggestions on something that'll be waterproof, won't blow away, and will protect my car for weeks at a time when it isn't driven and birds are trying to crap all over it? Thanks!

Not likely. A healthy chat with the wife made it clear I need to sell mine before I replace it with anything... I need to do some work on mine still, then I'll be comfortable posting it at a loss, to buy a more expensive car.

Note that my answer is a mechanical one related to the Leaf. It will not charge while turned on.
