  1. Your gearbox might hate you for that. Unless you're doing short stints like drag racing it will prob overheat.
  2. If you're getting rid of the dizzy at the same time, you could make a blanking plate and mount the sensor in that. I think ppf make a blanking plate with a hole in it for sensor
  3. Jack up the front of the car and try bleeding it again. Otherwise get a TK test done. The powerbuilt e-torx sockets work for removing the head.
  4. Its a full face disc and I think its a sachs PP, would have to dig out the receipt for it. Was built by waikato brake and clutch. But I think I found the issue, and its not slipping anymore. Things have returned to normal, beaking the tyres loose in 2nd and 3rd as boost comes on now,
  5. Nothing wrong with chipping / piggybacks if done correctly and you dont need the more advanced features. That factory cold start and driveability... If you keep blowing up engines youre doing it wrong.
  6. Clutch let go again.... thats the 2nd clutch to let go doing 4th gear wheelies.
  7. Have seen something similar to this in hamilton a few times.
  8. dont think it would need certing. not like anyone would know the difference anyway.
  9. Dont those filters slowly disintegrate from the inside and your engine sucks in bits of foam?
  10. just check it out on www.realoem.com
  11. Trying to stay away from having a head unit, they annoy me. I got a S3 so it should support A2DP Thats pretty much what i was after, but maybe something more car oreintated. But it will do the job.
  12. Yeah i could, I used to do that but getting sick of plugging things in when i get in the car. I guess its not really a big deal....
  13. I dont have a head unit in my car and dont intend on running one. i would rather just play music from my phone over bluetooth via an amplifier. Are there any amplifiers out there with bluetooth built in, or can you get a bluetooth receiver I can plug straight into an amp?
  14. Cant really say its a good way of checking, my old open diff would spin both almost every single time, even in the dry. I can sell it to you as an "lsd" though if you want
  15. What ever is cheapest / easyiest to find. If you're like any other drifter you will just smash it off anyway.
  16. palmy's prob a good place if you wanted to kill your self.
  17. Back on the ground for now.... was starting to piss me off working on it all the time, and all sorts of stupid issues.. Quick pic before I took it for a spin and came back and gave it a quick wash.. I think it needs a "IS" lip or something.
  18. Hrrm, I'm not really into the whole stretched tyre deal. Will see what happens after a decent guard rolling / mutilation.
  19. Yeah, there is a lot of room in the back for that if you have the right wheels I guess. But in the front im running 17x8 et 25 with 12.5mm spacer, and I have 5mm Clearence from the tyre and strut and the tyres are hard up against the guards with max camber dialed in. C can't turn at all. So have fun chopping your guards Also passenger rear guard sends to have a lot more room than drivers side, weird as hell
  20. fitting 235's on an e30 is more work than i intended.
  21. you really do like making things more complex than they need to be dont you.
