BDA twin cam Ford motor's (escort). Any Nissan RB engine but a RB26/30 with a big single turbo can sound amazing. Any of the old Audi 5 cly turbo motor's. Any cosworth engine. (Sierra or Escort) Pretty much any V8 AMG. Even the newer ones with the turbos. The old 4AGE toyota twin cam can sound wicked on full chat esp the supercharged ones when you underdrive the blower.

Cheers Martin. Would love to.

I prefer stupid names over ugly designs. As long as they are pretty mr BMW call 'em whatever you like.

we still have alot to learn about transport times, convenience where's good for this and that. We had a wonderful tour today with the relocation company rep whom was very knowledgeable driving us around giving us the low down. I did see a BM workshop in one of the suburbs & a E30 racecar parked in someone's driveway. Can't remember where I was tho. ha. I'm going to be driving everywhere by GPS I think. Restaurants: Depot for dinner. The brisket taco's are to DIE FOR. Federal for breakfast. (everything was awesome highly recommended)

So I just spent the wknd scoping property in auck. Wholly cow it's expensive up here. Thinking Remuera or St Heliers / mission bay we liked the most. Saw all sorts of property from 'real do uppers' to 'clearly we r dreaming' On the plus side. Stunning weather & some quality restaurants.

I remember reading about a V10 M5 with twin turbos mounted behind the diff due to engine bay constraints. So it's possible!!

If I recall correctly the aux air valve is a right pain to fix. Best do the easiest first. Anyone have a line on a New CPS in NZ ?

Cheers Alan. Anyone in the wtgn region that can assist? Hex or decimal - ahh not sure. I have the R5/FCX 3 tool from Peake Research.?

so the occasional stall is still apparent. (only when I slow down, clutch in, after the car is warm. And only occasionally) Peake code reader shows code 16 & 63 Which if I read it right is coil cyl #7 (is 63 control unit self test) What I changed (new) with OEM parts chasing this fault. Pre cat 02 sensors (both) MAF units (both) Spark plugs My question is. Have I read the unit right? should I replace coil #7? Car runs fine (awesome infact) in all other ways.

Ok so gearbox is now full of redline products. MT90 & 73w 140NS. It took the full 2 litres. Haven't heard the rattle yet but it was just a quick drive home. fingers crossed. thanks for the input team.

Hi josh. What's the differnece between Redline MT90 and the Redline D4 synethetic ATF that UUC are recommending.? You think the MT90 would be better?

never had this problem with mine. I'll need to check. I'll get the wife to drive around with me in the boot.

I think the advice to buy a new radar because of this change isn't really what he was asking. A - just means power on - all bogy mode. - mine says this too. and I have two band's disabled and never get any false alerts. You need to enter program mode to check what is enabled & disabled. http://www.valentine1.com/v1info/pdf/manual_2012/Manual_V1.pdf

smart arse. well, for some the rattle would be too much. My wife it's too thrilled with it. but for me. If I can get it to quieten down alittle with a fluid change. I'll live with it for the pickup gain in engine response the lightened flywheel gives.
