Can't see them doing it with their dishwasher model. More likely an I8 would be given its exclusivity.

Welcome to the NZ driving standard of today. I've always said there should be two standard drivers licences > One for the city and city highways. > One for the open roads / open highways that requires separate testing and TIME with a city license. It's a privilege to drive at speed on open roads, not a right.

Didn't look deeper.

Hope this gets used for an experiment! I saw a Toyota Prius at zebra recently, a lot of interesting hardware hidden away. Although very dangerous too, someone had unbolted the inverter / control unit to expose the high voltage capacitors, 450v x3 about the size of coke cans, certainly dangerous if an idiot fiddles with such.

Thats exactly right, huge fun, theres no deying that but even just revving it out to enjoy it for a few seconds, you'd be going warp speed. So it's kinda of a double edge sword. Of course you wouldn't want it to be less powerful, as it's nice to know it's always there.

It's astronomical how much power and torque so many modern cars have, especially considering their common family car uses in many cases. Figures that were once reserved for highly exclusive supercars or racecars 20 years ago. I think less is more though, for me anyway. I enjoy a road car where you can rev it right out and know it's potential while being sensible on the road.

I dont mind it so far.. its kind of washed out looking though, I liked the contrast the old one had. Too much grey and white here. At least the avatars seem bigger, I can see my soarer more clearly

Hmm its interesting, should be used to it in a few weeks

Yeah for sure a bad spec E36 is quite the shocker, at least a bad spec E30, E34 etc still maintained some charm.

Totally, It's pretty academic, all manufactures are doing it. I think it's just too easy to cling to the more simplistic line ups of the past. The industry has had to change with the growing competition and that means Mercedes / BMW in particular have had to build less conventional vehicles we all know and love.

As we know there's a BMW to fit in every market sector these days, well nearly. I can't help but find some of these models do come across like coffee break products, designed and put into production quickly with a BMW roundel slapped on, but of course they sell by the dozen There's a few that make me cringe everytime I see them on the road. Of course this is subjective, but these BMWs don't really stack up for me, if anything they would suit being in a Mazda, Kia, Toyota, Hyundai range! For what they cost I can't help but to find they would be embarrassing models to drive, especially when you could pocket 1/2 the cost and buy something similar in practicality from a more modest manufacture and avoid trying to show off with the badge. 2 Series Active 5 Series GT X1 X3

What a clown, nothing worse than an owner trying to pretend its something its not. The plate is not fooling anyone. Gotta laugh that he would have paid the best part of $1000 for that. -
Already sold it within 1 day of advertising it

Does it still have the engine? My dad is looking for a good anchor for his boat.

Shooting brake 8 series is bad ass, looks like Aston / Citroen kinda thing. I'd have one.

Very good Richie. / First thing I'd do is replace those what look to be non genuine wheels with genuine BMW / BSS wheels. They look like reps, but I could be wrong

It's a particulate matter cleaner, removes stuck on debris. From what I've seen its easy just to polish over stuck on debris, not removing them properly hence the use of a clay bar with lubricant. If anything I believe its a post wash, pre polishing tool. Another technique in the car detailing arsenal !

I find it funny you tried to claybar chemical damage...
