Sorted. $48 from the dealers. Cheers.

No, no mention of LVVTA.... Looks like an order from the USA, any ideas on shipping cost/time?

Width, 7.5 and 8.5. Offset, no idea, they're factory wheels so whatever that is. Will have to check whereit's rubbing, I assume on the inside edge, but we all know what assumption is.....

I have an E36 coupe with staggered M Contours, fitted with correct size (225/45/17, 245/40/17) tyres. Today the WOF man advised me that the fronts are rubbing on full lock (just, which I new). He advised me that spacers may be needed, which sounds like a solution to a problem which shouldn't exist. Any ideas on why I am getting rubbing (is there an M3 suspension component I'm missing) or what to do? Cheers.

My favourite car has 11lb, it's more than enough. S55 AMG.

That's what I was thinking. I thought the further or longer the piping, the worse the result. Where's crunchy?

Every time I think about getting a later model BM, I read something like this and think, why? If it's not cooling systems, it's electrics. Come to think of it, I could have said a later model Euro.

You read it wrong (so did I), it's CU, not CV. Comes up as an E60 M5 sedan with s85 engine.

Any ideas on how much to have the above changed on an E30? 325i manual if that makes any difference. Cheers.

What about the guy that had the fire damaged one in Palmy (I think)? Was on TM for ever.

I guess the point is that from memory a VN V6 was 121kw/300nm torque. A 328i is 141kw/280nm torque. I dont know what it costs to transplant a Commy motor and cert it, but I'm guessing more than the changeover between a 318 and a 328. I suppose it would sound better than the 4.

Ah. I wondered, seems a shame to break up the car. Am I thinking of the right car??

Sorry Glenn, I should have. You seemed busy and dropping off the Ti was actually in the middle of a business meeting. My friend is really impressed with how you've looked after him, thanks.

After seeing it at Glenn's today, it certainly sounds nice, but I prefer my wheels.

I don't think it is, nz owned hence the government bail out.Happy to be corrected though.

I got one from Gavin, think it was an E30 one? Changed feel of change slightly (for the better) and wasn't too much from memory.

Thought you must be close, we're 10 sec away.

I see Dudlee most weekends it seems in Mission Bay

Wow. Bummer Johno, hope it works out. Must have been a truck? No video? Surely they'll try and sell them? do they have a batch number or anything to identify?

You have a point in racing terms Neal, but an E30 325 is not a 328 and and a 318is will be slower for everyday driving. Horses for courses though, I'm sure they'd be fine as an everyday car, just don't take on any 1.8 Corollas.....

I've used Mothers plastic polish on headlights and very windows, works well.
