Sounds like you want one just for the badge. Id suggest sticking with your Honda as it appears to meet your requirements, its always going to be cheaper maintain.

I think he wants it to be an M3 but he's not one of those people who actual believe it and are trying to sell it as much. He's just trying to pull some marketing BS with M3 plastered everywhere. -
Everytime ive needed rotors ive ending up buying NZAD ones. Had them on at least 4 BMW's, have all been driven hard on the road and track with OEM pads and race pads. They never had any issues and are priced well.

Many BMW's are pre-wired for cd changers without having a cd changer. Yes connect the device into those plugs and run the necessary cables etc to the front of the car, assuming the plugs match.

Just fixed some AMG monoblocks with the same issue. Took me on avg 2hrs per rim but that was due to curbing and not taking the tyres off which would of made it easier. Used aircraft stripper on the lip to remove clear coat without touching the center(which is painted grey in my case), used dremel tool to remove curbing and sanded with 240-1500 grit paper, polished the lips Autosol then wax for protection. You don't need to clearcoat if you keep them maintained.

So when the shitty cooling system fails it only takes the head with it.

Id check the sunroof drain tubes aren't blocked for starters. Im sure there is plenty of info on google about how\what to check.

Sounds like you got water leaking somewhere, probably onto control modules. Has it got a sunroof?

Never said they were unreliable but obviously its more complex and higher strung engine. M60\M62 is fairly basic and you can rack up big k's without fear.

That sweet man. Ive always thought about doing a M60\M62 hybrid on an E34 too, definitely the most reliable BMW V8 setup. I look forward to the dyno results.

I don't think i could ever grow to like the E60 styling regardless of what its packing. The front in that picture looks so wrong to me.

Doesn't have a LSD optioned unless someone had added one. Motorsport suspension would be tired if it hasn't been replaced or could of been replaced with anything. Unlikely to have bigger sway bars, ive only seen\heard of the M5's, real 540iS and some tourings with larger than the std 23mm F and 15mm R bars.

SUBJECT Power Fold Mirror Position Incorrect MODEL E60, E61 (5 Series) equipped with power fold mirrors E63, E64 (6 Series) equipped with power fold mirrors E82, E88 (1 Series) equipped with power fold mirrors E85, E86, E89 (Z4) equipped with power fold mirrors E90, E91, E92, E93 (3 Series) equipped with power fold mirrors F01, F02 (7 Series) SITUATION One or both mirrors appear to have folded out further than the standard position. The incorrect position of the mirror housing is typically not visually noticeable and as such, the customer typically states that the mirror glass is not in the stored position. Folding the mirror in and out does not restore the correct mirror housing position. CAUSE The mirror has shifted outward from its standard home position. The new position is now stored as the home position. CORRECTION Do not replace any parts. Reset the mirror home position using the following procedure. PROCEDURE 1. Fold the mirror in using the power fold button on the door switch block. 2. Grasp the folding part of the mirror and fold it outward manually. The mirror housing will disengage from the mirror base and will now be in the breakaway position. 3. Operate the mirror via the power fold button. The mirror will now fold out past the expected end stop. 4. Operate the mirror via the power fold button again to fold the mirror in. When the mirror is fully folded in, the motor will continue to run until a clicking and/or popping sound is heard. This sound is the mirror housing resetting its position.

Oh since you have a monitor you'd need to run the radio wiring to the front on the car using an extension harness. The radio module is in the boot(behind back seat) on cars with a monitor and it controls all the speakers etc. Probably best to get a dynavin android clone headunit or similar off ebay etc as its all plug and play and fits without any having to modify things. You will probably still have to run the radio wiring to the front though (sold separately usually)

Im sure any car audio shop etc would have or can make adapter plugs to go into any aftermarket unit. Chopping factory wiring in this case to save a tiny amount of money\time is something bubba would do (bubba is a f**king muppet).

A BMW engine in a Toyota doesn't seem right. I'll sell you my M120 if my car gets written off, so when you get sick of 20% you can upgrade to 60%. Some nice headers would unlock a fair bit of power if you need more.

The 560SEC AMG would be a fairer comparison to the CSi. I like the CSi but love the AMG,.

Yep my mate had one with rusted to near nothing sills that had been replaced with bog. Uk import of course, only E34's ive ever seen with rust.

Its a CSi so manual was the only option. The rims don't do it for me.

Reminds me of some idiot selling trying to sell his S600 not long ago, he just refused to believe his windows weren't bullet proof despite someones best efforts. Someone people are just too ignorant for their own good. Maybe he would of got the protection model if he could find one. Ive never seen one for sale in NZ.

AOS trying to break the windows with plastic rifle stocks made me laugh, you'd struggle to break a std window let along a double glazed (bullet proof) one

I wouldn't call them garbage per say. Michael listed the things that can go wrong(mostly M62TU related), doesn't mean they will. Like any product, if read all the things on the internet that can go wrong with it you'll be scared to buy anything. As i mentioned earlier if you spent ~1k on preventative maintenance then M62 non vanos reliability isn't an issue. Id say making it fit is probably the bigger problem than the engine itself.
