fitted the stereo i had in the calipso 544i into the 95 540iT .

fitted a stealthy 10" sub in the rear left cubby box where the factory amp and cd stacker lives .

pelled back the carpet , cut a hole in the plastic panel, screwed a bit of plywood to it mounted the sub ,reglued the carpet to cover the hole where the sub fires through,

changed the factory amp for a sleightly larger factory one from a e32 , just plugs in .

then a slim aftermarket amp in the boot tray area beside the spare wheel (couldn't get my big one in there :( ).

sounds ok , not quite as good as the almost the setup in the sedan due that having a larger sub amp and a big boot for a sub box.

Took the 328i for a 280km drive down south to otautau to look at a bt50 for half an hour for a mate then drove another 280km back home. Average speed 98.2km and about 10l/100km. Now I get to do it all over again on Tuesday to go pick it up

Lifted the M3 by 11mm (rear) and 15mm (front) as "life in the weeds" was not good. Enabled putting the rear spacers (9mm) back on. Liking the new stance. About to order some "eye and lenses" and a Dice.

Indeed it was, abit of a last hurrah for the 328i before it goes. That's if someone buys it...

Cleaned all the bugs off the front of the F30 after the week-ends trip to Taupo.

Now to get the rest of the dust and grime off on Sunday!

Trans tunnel is finished (yay).

Found the missing rear sump parts (phew).

Took out the windscreen (so easy, under 5mins DIY).

Booked in for the 'Jungle Gym' mod next week.

Now for some more online shopping.
