Looking for people's experiences with differing brands of polyurethane bushings and experience in grades they've used. I'm planning on upgrading all suspension bushings while my E30 is stripped down. Have looked at a couple of suppliers in the US offering what I'm after: Condor motorsport Garagistic Revshift I've come to the conclusion that 80A is similar to OEM but slightly "harder" 95A more suited to a street/track car. 75D or solid Ali for dedicated track cars. FYI I'm building a weekend street & occasional tracker. Definately won't be driven daily. Keen to hear educated or experienced opinions. Cheers,

You can actually fit a 215/40 or even a 195/40 to a 17x8.5 rim according to the lvvta lol

Had some ACS wheels in the exact same size on my E36 last year. Ran 215/45 tyres, they barely fit under heavily rolled guards.

I have a set of M20 ARP Studs for sale - PM me if your still looking? Question regarding driveshafts in manual E30's: is there a difference between 320i and 325i? Length wise at least?

For reference: I sold a red 1990 318i coupe, WOF/Rego, 157kms, auto, fairly good condition, IS Lip, noisey tappets, cloth seats....etc for a little under 3k a couple months ago.

Yea I figured they might be hard to come by - I have found one farily cheap in Aus but trying to get him to ship it seems to be a problem. I've read a couple times that the M30 starter will work, am stuck with a Getrag 240 and AFAIK the S14 flywheel is the biggest it'll fit.

Looking up using a resurfaced 228mm S14 flywheel, anyone got one floating around? How much should I expect to pay for one? I assume they're hard to come by Cheers,

Got a nice big parcel of parts for my M30 rebuild in the mail. Also dropped the head off at my reconditioners for pressure testing etc this morning...Yay progress!
