its a shame you arent local, would have been all over this... but im over buying cars long distance.
-
Didnt CSLs only come in SMG?
-
Whats to say it even needs engine work? I cant see any reason why you couldnt just buy that and enjoy it as is? What do you know about that car that we dont?
-
$1 res them, you will get true value then. Just please, complete the sale no matter what it goes for, dont be a knob and withdraw it at the last moment.
-
Yup, thats the best thing for Windows... +1, as long as you have a windows license and installer, Virtualbox is free and easy as pie.
-
Yeah, i remember the massive arguments he had on the Q&A the first time he listed it claiming it was a "genuine M3"
-
This is my old one, was the 6 speed V6 and god damn it went like a cut cat and the sound it made was simply beautiful. Would love another, especially this one, http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-607836148.htm Had multiple issues in the couple of months i owned it, from dodgy coil packs, failed airflow meters and dead aircon, right up to serious rust in the floor. It also needed the rear suspension rebuilt and a new alternator just before i got it. When it was going it was devine, but otherwise it was a prick. My advice? Get low KM with full history and NZ new. IIRC the cambelts on the TS engines are due every 60,000km or so, so make sure thats done as they are prone to failure.

Its usually insurance companies that use turners damaged auctions, no its likely it was written off by them and now they're trying to recoup some dollars.
-
gosh, they had a good go at making it a compact, did they?
-
i HATE people that use rear fogs in good weather, so farking annoying. Ill use my front fogs in anything resembling darkness or bad weather. The way i see it, is the more someone else can see me, the less chance of them hitting me. I also want people that drive in either the dark, or bad weather with ONLY park lights or DRL on to jump off a cliff. No one can see you, sh*t head.
-
You sure? Dont see alarm system on the list either
-
btw, just if anyone cares, apparently its sold again already
-
That'd make a hell of a project, but sadly as we all know any private bidders (unless completely loaded) will get decimated by wreckers (like Ray), like usual.
-
even at that price i would be interested, if it didnt have a sketchy VIN issue.... still looks great. The last auction was withdrawn despite hitting reserve, so not sure what it actually sold for.
-
Thats is/was a members car?
-
Def listed tonight, sold within a very short period of time. Was considering it myself, but didnt want to take on the risk.
-
Set of four wheels and tires. Good tread all around. Some kerbing, pretty minor. Appear to be style 46. Came off my E46 when i upgraded to 17" wheels. $200 pick up only. Can take more photos and measure tread etc if requested.

Does it do good skidz bro?
-
One suspects probably not....
-
Heh, im blind, couldnt see that in the list for the life of me, and kept getting confused about the "window left,electric,front/rear" and the rear headrests. VERY dodgy, unless the VIN in carjam is incorrect (which is very possible).
-
Also worth a note is that fact that when you run the VIN its all on the piss. The VIN matches carjam, but none of the details match the car. Silver, Black interior, non-motorsport. Reshelled, plates and tags? Might explain the mileage drop Was interested for a project, but very hesitant now. Wonder if HellBM knows anything? Last car i chopped up was a skyline (crashed, not stolen ), used a big 9" Angle Grinder with a cutting disk. Just cut through wires and everything, didnt slow it down (carpet was removed though).
