dry sump is also a bit overkill. A simple scavenging pump will be keep your wallet heavier Good luck. There's plenty of help on here if you get stuck

Maf sensors don't like oil.

also interested in cams. I've got no need for the software though

As long as you can get replacement parts in nz(or get spares) it should be fine. Nothing worse than warping a rotor during targa. Also check if there are other rotor options with the same pcd and offset, just in case the rotor isn't up to the task

Plenty of mercedes freaks (I might be one). Here are some more

E30, E36, E46 Rear Strut Tower Reinforcement Group Buy
thorburn replied to marquis's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
A gasket would solve that. The e36 and e46 rear subframe mounting points are a bigger concern. Have a look at my build thread to see how bad it can get -

I haven't had the best experience with a uuc clutch and flywheel kit. The short story- it needed to be balanced and it isn't driver friendly at all. This would be my pick: http://store.vacmotorsports.com/vac---m60--m62--s62-lightweight-race-flywheel--clutch-kit-p1085c189.aspx?Thread=True

automated stability control isn't dangerous. It's just another throttle that cuts power and tries to save you from the laws of physics. The fuel gauge is an easy fix, just like most problems with an e36. Don't get too worried about if the car is a genuine motorsport. They're all just add on parts Get a manual, assume it wont have an lsd (even if the owner says it does have one), and above all make sure the cooling system is good/perfect

E36 M50 2.5 Block or cooked engine - sorted thanks
thorburn replied to richard.pykett's topic in Want to buy
I've got an m50 block from an e36. If Hamilton isn't too far away -
If you can get it to me in Hamilton i'll swap the lsd case into yours for a box. I'm assuming the current ratio isn't that favorable though Otherwise I can show you some photos and instructions to do it yourself. Charles different gearboxes have different ratios. Big turbo has nothing to do with it
