There's one thing people should know. 5 star on a small car is not the same as 5 star on a big car. If a big and small car have the same star rating, big car will always win.

As he intended to enter a concours, that's hardly surprising about what he did. I am surprised he didn't try to polish all the nuts and bolts under the car. That comes with a lifetime refill I heard, but he'll get the money back in no time I am sure.

If it was a branded computer, the recovery discs should come with the computer. As for data recovery, it's best to take it to a trusted computer shop or have someone come to you BEFORE you try to reinstall windows.

You can own a house if you buy it out right as almost all mortgage require insurance cover for the property.

I was with them before and had to make a claim for crank sensor and ICV. I had no trouble with the claim process and they are happy for BMWorkshop to handle the repair work. Customer service was great and my email queries to clarify their policy only take overnight.

It's Michelin alright. But not as close as this...

To enable Hibernation... Control Panel -> Power -> Hibernate -> Enable Hibernate. I always disable smooth scroll and fade in/out to improve speed and stability. Those are just eye-candy really.

Well done. Thank you.

TradeMe fees are reasonable to me but I wish there could be "bulk discount" for those that trade a lot. As for search result, I havn't had too much trouble with it but I think it's more about people put rubbish keywords in their listing and screw up the search results.

That shows he *THINKS* he's the Stig but failed to realise he lacks the capability of.

I wasn't surprised with the price. I am surprised NZ get to officially have them at all. I reckon this is just to p*ss over Parallel Imports. I can't believe someone was waiting outside the Voda shop since Wednesday try to get one. iPhone 3G price in Hong Kong - 8GB HK$4680 (~NZ$780) 16GB HK$5460 (~NZ$910) That's with 6 GSM networks operators in a city size of Auckland (2x population of whole of NZ) 10x more models of phone, price plan, service to choose from.

Sure, the lady might be in the wrong by (allegely) running yellow/red, but 535er is in the wrong for making a turn when the traffic is not clear nor safe. As far as insurance is concerned, 535er doesn't have a good case to me. You never know.

Put the colour of the traffic lights aside, roadcode states when turning.... do a thorough check for other vehicles – in front, behind and to the sides (using your mirrors both inside and outside the vehicle) signal for at least three seconds turn when safe. ... and couple more I reckon you are in the wrong for turning while the traffic is not clear. Sourced from... http://www.landtransport.govt.nz/roadcode/...ng/turning.html

That's exactly what I was going to say. I reckon Labour reaalise they are not going to get another term in the beehive, so they just mess everything up, piss everyone off so they can blame the Nats on their next term.

I like it too. That said, rear headroom is not enough - I am not tall (5'10"), just touching the ceiling with my #2 spiky hair.

All these Petrol Companies yet no Competition between them

NZ has potential to do hydrogen I guess, when we have surplus in the hydrolake, then we could use that to do elctrolysis to zap the water to make hydrogen. Must say, turbo-diesel is good (I drive one). 1.4 litre engine makes equivlent torque in a 2.5 litre petrol. In-gear acceleration is awesome. This went slightly off-topic now... -
I support the ban, there is no good reason for (almost) anyone to have one in the first place, except to annoy people.

Fredco Motors on Union Street BMWorkshop in Grey Lynn (1/2 hour walk from CBD or a short taxi trip)

Same here. Like the Caterham's classic look and can't stand the Aerial's exo-skleton.

I don't understand... Question... if the wheels have custom offset, why would it still need spacer? Why don't it create the desired offset right from the start? They can grind it back down right?

That wide body kit has a shade of RX8-ness to it.

Saw a 135i Cabrio in Team McMillan's prep area. Not allowed to take pix though. Should be out soon.

Try $6 for sandwiches. That's the almost the same price as Ponsonby cafe. -
Can you elabrate on that?
