  1. You cant cut corners with such parts imo, OEM only!!
  2. Welcome, I've always liked the Z4 M Coupe. A fine choice. Post up some pictures when you get a chance!
  3. I've seen you driving around town, looks really good! A decent 535i is a rare car! A far cry better than my 535i e34 (which is unfortunately being parted out now)
  4. ^ That would be pretty awesome to see going down the road!
  5. Just a note you may get told off for bumping 3 month old threads Jono.
  6. Wow, I could have done the same if I had that sort of money for a M5 engine Sadly an dull e36 and an old lexus v8 was all I could mange at my tender age. Life is so sad....

    Techno Classica

Germany always always does these events the best. Funny that..
  8. This sounds like a joke.... a picnic? There are 100 other places they could hold the damn thing. How absurd.
  9. Any reason why the rust seemed to take hold of this car in a few places? ...Perhaps a UK or Japan import that was on salted roads too long?
  10. A good way to keep service people in jobs
  11. Hahaha, well thats one way of looking at it.
  12. Word, they really ruined a once effective badge system all for the sake of making something less sound like more... When did it first start? Mid 90s with the 523i and 323i?
  13. True, but my stock 540i E34 Automatic was quicker than that. Better gearing I guess.
  14. 0-100 in 7.33 seconds?? They weren't pushing it were they!
  15. To get anything remotely decent with what you are after, through the Royal Oak, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Ellerslie Areas you would be need to be looking in the 600s, if not 700s and beyond. Just this month we sold two properties which offered what you were after, both 4 bedrooms, renovated, one had a double garage carport, none off street, the other had just 4 or so off street parts but the potential to build a double garage of which both sold in the upper 6's & low 7's respectively. ...And these properties were in the least appealing part of Onehunga! You would probably have to look at something that needs renovating to get within the range you're looking at, otherwise your just paying the premium for the renovations already been done and most buyers out there jump on renovated properties so your paying extra through the competition. Mount Wellington area will definitely give you the best bang for buck, but the cheaper you go, ie closer to the Otahuhu end the less appealing the location and general neighbor hood standard... so it becomes a bit of a compromise at the end of the day.
  16. One Tree Hill is actually Onehunga in reality, but people that live closer to Campbell Road like to call it One Tree Hill rather than Onehunga for obvious reasons. It really depends on how much you want to spend, best to try find a house that is price by negotiation too as you may find you could loose out at one that goes to auction (after spending money with a builder or solicitor etc) - which can make the house search all that more stressful.
  17. Probably as I bet the quality of the 'job' is appalling, you would need to start from scratch with something such as that IMO
  18. Yes it does, along with the rear when it goes into the panel shop,
  19. Upgraded the wheels to a very tidy set of staggered style 68s yesterday. I got them very cheap off a friends E46 so rather pleased... They suit the E36 quite well I think. At least now I can upgrade to the E36 M3 suspension and brakes with the larger wheel diameter.
  20. Whats the thread like material running off it?
